Complete chaos - The organisation is a complete mess. It was 2 of us. The taxi picked us up from our hotel. It turned out that the 10-euro per person “national park fee” was just a workaround to charge for the taxi, which should have been included in the excursion. Upon arrival at the location, we were asked to sit next to the beach without any explanation of what to expect. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were invited onto a boat, which we believed would take us water skiing or maybe on a glass-bottom boat. Instead, they brought us to do paragliding, which we had never booked. The paragliding was extremely short—five minutes at most. You go up, stay there for about a minute, and then come down. After that, they brought us back to the beach. At the front desk, I asked about water skiing. They told me the price, and I replied that I had already paid online. They asked us to wait because the only guy who organizes water skiing was currently praying. After an hour of waiting, we finally got on the boat. The excursion was advertised as suitable for any level, but we had no prior waterskiing experience. The instructor gave us very basic instructions; he seemed to be in a hurry and his English was very poor. None of us managed to stand up on the skis. The instructor was impatient and not empathetic. After a few attempts, we gave up and asked to be taken back. During all these activities, the instructor even lost some equipment because he forgot to secure it to the boat. If you have never tried water skiing before, this is the WORST place to do it. After we returned to the beach, we had to remind several people at the desk to call a taxi back to the hotel. The glass-bottom boat that was listed in the excursion never happened.
