Really good tour. Highly... - Really good tour. Highly recommend it
Stopped twice for snorkeling and then went to white island. Lunch was delicious and the all the staff was really friendly and helpful. We were able to pay for life jacket on the boat and they provided the snorkeling equipment.

Such an amazing experience! - It was my first time diving and snorkeling. I was very scared at the beginning, with no experience at all, especially because I’m afraid of deep water. I did the dive with Mustapha, who was incredibly patient and took a lot of time to explain everything and reassure me. Under the water, he was very kind and never let go of my hand until he was sure I was comfortable and safe.
Even during snorkeling, there was always someone accompanying us. The staff was very kind and helpful with all the equipment. I would also like to thank Zain, the guide, who made sure we were having a great time and communicated very well with us.
I spent a wonderful and high-quality time. I recommand it !

Amazing experience - What an amazing experience ! good communication with the staff, great boat, and diving is a once in a lifetime experience I’ve enjoyed (and didn’t plan) with Hasan (and big up for the photographer and Mustafa too). Totally secure, I was afraid of water and feel extremely safe with everybody. Snorkelling was perfect with lot of fish ! Renting mask and fins is a must do if you don’t have them. Good food too! Thank you again for this day long trip (7h-8h).

I recommend diving! - A clean, well-kept yacht, a fun and kind crew, complete accompaniment to everything. I recommend diving, the instructors are very professional, know how to calm panic even underwater. Monitor condition and monitor all nuances so you can relax and enjoy diving. The equipment is new, in good condition. This is rare in Egypt. Great underwater photographer! It's delicious, but lunch is at 2:30 p.m., so it's best to bring a snack. If you're lucky, you'll see dolphins. The company "FTS Travels Sharm" should pay attention to the organization and introduction of guests, as the organizer of the tour did not give any information about the meeting time and selection of guests for a long time.

Horrible Scuba Diving Experience - I would like to share feedback regarding my recent scuba diving experience, as it did not match what was communicated at the time of booking.
I was clearly informed that there would be three stops, and that I would be able to do both scuba diving and snorkeling at two of those stops. In reality, I was barely able to do scuba diving at all. The dive was cut short, and I was then told by the instructor that if I wanted more time underwater, I would need to pay an additional £20 per person, which I found completely unfair and unexpected, especially as this was never mentioned in advance.
In addition, when I wanted to snorkel at both stops, I was only allowed to do so at one stop. At the second stop, I was told to wait instead. This was frustrating, as snorkeling was part of what was promised and influenced my decision to book this experience.
Being asked to pay extra during the activity, combined with not being allowed to fully participate as agreed, significantly affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of this, the experience was not as enjoyable as expected, and I left feeling disappointed and disturbed by the way it was handled.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests receive clear information upfront and are not put in uncomfortable situations during the activity.
