Absolutely ace - Brilliant , 100% . Always on time and very helpful with bags , we did also use them for quad bikes and trips to markets and towns . What I like is there is no payment upfront . Only when they pick you up at the airport or for the trip . We have used them twice now on 2 desperate holidays , and will 100% be using them again in against when we come back . Cannot recommend them enough !

Amazing from start to finish - Amazing company to deal with from start to finish. Booked airport transfer and wifi box with them, communication was great and driver was on time and easy to find. Booked the Ciaro by air day tour with them also, everything was so easy and the drives and guide were so good and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service - Found this company online with great reviews. We just wanted a transfer to and from our hotel from Sharm Airport. Messages were often and well explained. Allowed to pay driver in pounds sterling. He was waiting outside airport for us as we landed and upon collection from our hotel was actually early but told us to take our time no rush. Will 100% use Falcon again when back in Sharm

Excellent service - Used them again for my airport transfers. I messaged ahead of collection to ask if they can buy me a can of Off, mosquito spray. The driver was waiting for me outside the terminal and they also had my spray. My return flight was cancelled so instead of waiting for a coach to the hotel TUI had arranged for the night I sent a message asking for a driver and they sent me one, which arrived within ten minutes. Can’t fault their service and communication. Would highly recommend

Exceptional service ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We used Falcon last year for private transfers from the airport along with quad biking and Tiran island boat trip. From the first contact they couldn’t be more helpful and communication was exceptional, The transfer was on time, mini bus immaculate and provided us with water. The team kept us up to date with information right up until our departure from England and throughout our star. The quad biking was so much fun and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The boat trip was the stand out. The crew were fantastic and so friendly. They each took there time to speak to everyone and enjoyed a good laugh. There were several snorkelling stops in which they provide the gear along with lots of information about the area. Now what really impressed me was my daughter and son are not good swimmers and one of the crew took them out with a floating aid and supported them throughout. They were able to see the amazing see life and felt safe. I was so impressed with this, they went above and beyond. Soft and hot drinks were a plenty and the lunch was AMAZING. We ate due to return again in April and will be using them again. You will not be disappointed with the service and professionalism they provide. Highly recommended!

Knights in shining armour - We had a smooth journey to the hotel and return to the hotel. But I wanted to say a very special major thank you. We booked Falcon to take us to Farsha Cafe. However, when we arrived it was overwhelmingly busy and my 12 year old could not cope - we were crushed in the crowds and he panicked. We scrambled to leave, and called Falcon and they came right back and swooped us up and took us back to our hotel. Felt very safe with Falcon and I cannot recommend enough.

First Class Service - As a family, we had a very positive experience with Falcon. Their communication was perfect. Our driver was waiting in arrivals for us, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably and competitively priced. We also hired a mobility scooter for my elderly mum, making her holiday experience more enjoyable being independent. Falcon dropped it at the hotel and collected it again at the end of the holiday at an agreed time. We also did a couple of trips with them, again, competively and reasonably priced. Driver collected us at the agreed time, had 2 amazing trips and got us safely back to the hotel afterwards. We met several staff during our stay, each and every one was courteous, polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We had an amazing holiday in Sharm made all the better by Falcon. Thank you Falcom, we will be returning and won't hesitate to use you again.

Private transfer - I was abit concerned that I had made a mistake by booking the private return transfer with falcon, how wrong could i be? Falcon did a great job, on time and we got to the hotel, checked in and in our rooms before the tui coach arrived. A great experience
