Desert buggy through Bella Trips tour company - Trip was very well organised by the travel company Bella trips and we had a lovely time riding desert buggys in Sharm El Sheikh. Our driver which we had arranged through the booking was punctual and friendly and our time in the desert was fun with our guide helping us ride the buggys. Overall brilliant experience. We enjoyed booking with Bella Trips, we booked with them again for another excursion

Beautiful everything, see the sunrise from the desert without words - Very reliable, perfect communication , it's worth waking up taken to see the sunrise from the desert, there were 6 of us, we did not have to wait for anyone, the whole trip for us

Would recommend-well organised - This trip was booked very last minute and they accommodated the request with an excellent price, very competitive compared to the price the hotel offers We did the family buggy 2 hour trip which was great. Just enough time to have a desert experience without being out all day. The pick up was on time and well communicated beforehand. The trip felt safe and well organised which I appreciated as a single parent with 2 children on my own. We stopped for a camel ride for a small tip but it was very low pressure, you didn’t have to if you didn’t want to, but it was worth it for some photos and some laughs! They were very nice people with a good sense of humour would definitely recommend Bella Trips if you are looking for an Egyptian experience at a reasonable cost for your family Thank you for the memories!

Buggy ride - We enjoyed the buggy ride experience, but I should have done motorbike ride, though we broke down, lucky for me to give us chance to take pictures, Amar the guide was very helpful and very accommodating. Thinking to come back to do motorbike ride

Everything is fine - Everything was fine , cars bit broken but everything was fine . Friendly people , maybe I'll come back again

Cheap and a little fun. - The transfer was fine, the staff were polite and good price. But it was a little boring we were made to just flow the lead directly behind him and we did not get very fast.

Poor experience and not straight forward - Starting off the communication initially started well, then we heard nothing from them till the day before. On the day of the trip we had left the hotel and had no WiFi on our phone, we received a message from them but did not receive this until the trip was over, this message told us there would be an extra cost of £5 per person on top of what we had already paid. When we got to the location they took us into a small grotty compound, we were told to sit down and a man came over and started to ask us where our scarves were, we told them we had none, and we're charged $4 each for them, then we were asked for £5 each, I asked what this was for and just kept getting a reply of you must pay. I told him I had already paid for my trip and he made some phone calls, he eventually walked away and we got put in our buggy, he then came over and handed me his phone and somebody spoke to me in English and told me I had to pay it for safari fees and we could not go without it so I had to pay. We set off into the desert and after 5 minutes our buggy broke down and we had to leave it where it was, we eventually had to take one of the guids quads. We then got to a small compound where we were taken inside and sat there and were mithered to buy refreshments, oils and the guide sold us videos of what he had taken for £20, he then went to another family and sold them the same package for £10. We then set off back on the buggies as ours had been replaced. We got in this quad on the way back and it kept stalling. In total the whole trip from being picked up at the hotel to getting back to the hotel lasted 90 minutes, the total drive time on the buggies/quads lasted only around 25 minutes in total, the rest of the time was spent in the mini bus and people trying to sell us items. I would avoid this trip altogether.
