Great service - Great service and pick up at LAX! Was very grateful for such professional service and communication at the airport. Easy drive and drop off to hotels in Anaheim and so helpful with bags too. Would recommend to anyone coming into LA.

Great experience! Friendly service! On time! - We booked a shared shuttle from LAX to Anaheim a couple of weeks before our arrival. Easy to book on-line and the confirmation follow-up and directions were excellent. Mo was our driver to Anaheim! What a gem of a person! Mo was friendly, an easy conversationalist, and made the drive so smooth! I wouldn't hesitate to use Karmel Shuttle service the next time we are in California!

No need to book any other shuttle company than Karmel Shuttle Services. - From the time of our arrival from Australia into LAX our party of five cannot speak but very highly of all of the Karmel Shuttle drivers we have used thus far. We have utilised them four times now & their service has been excellent without fault. KS have been prompt, their drivers professional, their driving safe & their service delivery (loading & unloading) is managed carefully. We still have a further booking with KS & have no reservations whatsoever recommending them to others requiring their services.

I couldn't find the meeting place on the phone. - I was able to call after picking up my luggage at the airport to confirm my name, but I couldn't hear the meeting place at all, I went to the information desk and told them what was going on and had them call me instead. B8 (column number, column 8 in Terminal B) blue van(blue van) 153 (car number on back) What, the B8 sounded yellow. If you can confirm your reservation by name, they will give you the pillar number, the color and number of the car. I hope it's helpful for someone.

Excellent service! - Excellent service! Booked it twice (on arrival and departure) and will do again when in LA; highly recommend it. Good tracking flight & message with pick up location when ready with luggage/boarder control clearance. Easy online booking system. I’d take this shuttle again - Not to bad it got me from pony A to point B. It’s a down fall that they don’t share the ride with people who are all going to the same place but that’s the only down fall.

We did Round Trip from LAX to Anaheim and back - It was ok, upon arrival we didn't wait long, but there were others who did so we must have lucked out! - the first driver helped us load our luggage and seemed to care about our belongings, giving some thought into who was out first and how he arranged the bags. The return driver could care less about helping us with our bags, in fact he stood up and watched my mother try to get her suitcase in the back struggling. I ended up loading our bags myself. He then picked up another family (so the van is now full) and he did load their bags, but all on top of ours, so when we were all getting out, he had them falling all over the place. I wouldn't bother to use these guys again, there are more selections in the area!
