Tarangire National Park - On the first day of the 5-day, 4-night Tanzania Group Joining Safari, participants will meet their group and head to Tarangire National Park. Renowned for its large elephant herds, the park also features a wide variety of wildlife, including giraffes, lions, and zebras. Guests will settle into a budget lodge or campsite and enjoy a sunset game drive.

Manyara (Outside the park) to Serengeti National Park (Overnight at Tumbili campsite)

Serengeti National Park - On the second day of the 5-day, 4-night Tanzania Group Joining Safari, the journey continues early in the morning from Tarangire to Serengeti. Witness the remarkable migration of wildebeest and zebras, and observe cheetahs, hyenas, and other predators in action. A picnic lunch in the park will be followed by a game drive until sunset.

Serengeti Full day (Overnight at Tumbili campsite)

Serengeti National Park - On the third day of the 5-day, 4-night Tanzania Group Joining Safari, participants will enjoy a full day of game drives in the Serengeti until evening. The day concludes with a departure from Serengeti National Park, heading to Ngorongoro Crater for an overnight stay and dinner.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Overnight at Simba Campsite)

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Day 4: From Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater, the day begins with an early morning game drive in central Serengeti. The savannah comes alive with bird songs as the sun rises. Guides will track predators by studying ground prints. The journey continues to the area near the crater rim, where dinner and comfortable camping facilities await.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - Day 5: From Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha, few safari destinations offer the effortless game viewing of Ngorongoro Crater. The crater’s high walls keep most animals within, making it an ideal spot to see all members of ‘The Big 5’ in one day. A delightful picnic lunch will be enjoyed inside the crater. The caldera is also home to hyenas, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, and a diverse array of water birds. Guides will share insights about the animals, vegetation, and help locate hidden wildlife. In the late afternoon, the group will leave the crater and head to Arusha, concluding the safari. Guests will appreciate the scenic drive past Maasai bomas, baobab forests, and rolling savannah plains en route to Arusha.
