Had a great water town... - Had a great water town private tour with Cassie! She led us around the town very efficiently, stopping to explain things along the way as we went. Introduced us to some very tasty local food and the small boat ride gave us a lovely view of the town from the water. The vehicle was comfortable and the driver was good. Would highly recommend!

Fun day and a vibrant little town - This particular trip with our tour guide Yun, was very enjoyable and informative. Our guide spoke excellent English, was personable, and spent plenty of time showing and explaining this very picturesque and ancient town to our group. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who plans to visit China and wants a fun and educational view of an adorable working town. Worth the drive from Shanghai. Definitely take the boat ride. Hats off to our driver as well.

An absolutly wonderful... - An absolutly wonderful day trip. Yun, our guide was amazing, knowledgable, informative and a pleasure to share company with. The transport immaculate and the driver very good. But, it was Yun and the destination that made our day.

Beautiful views with wonderful shops - Annie was absolutely wonderful with her nuggets of information and her charming nature. We loved the time spent at the water village. It was windy so boating was closed but we filled it up with touring the street shops and sampling the delicacies. Absolutely must recommend.

Michael was a amazing tour guide! - 5 stars to Michael for being so accommodating and informative on our tour. He was amazing. He knew so much of Shanghai and was willing to answer all questions.
He even linked and explained other places we had been and had so much history to share with us.
Try and ask for Michael if you are on this tour.

Excellent half day tour to Zhujiajiao water town (the Oriental Venice) - Our half‑day tour to Zhujiajiao was absolutely wonderful. The ancient water town is full of history and charm, and we loved it … but what really elevated the entire experience was our tour guide, Michael.
From the moment we met, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. He shared fascinating stories about the history and culture of Zhujiajiao, guided us through the best spots, and made sure we never felt rushed.
What stood out most was his generosity and genuine desire to make our day special. We felt truly cared for throughout the tour.
I highly recommend this tour — and especially Michael, our guide — to anyone visiting Shanghai. It was a memorable and seamless experience thanks to his, and the tour company, exceptional service.
Also special thanks to our driver today. He has been great and we had a very comfortable vehicle to take us to Zhujiajiao.
