Great family tour in Shanghai! - Our family of 4 (12 year old daughter and 15 year old son) had a wonderful day with Robert. We live in Singapore and are American expats for reference. We are doing a mini tour across China (Shanghai, Xian, and Beijing) for Spring Break and recommend this outing. Nice to get out of central Shanghai (Bund) and see some different parts including the pandas and water village. Highlight was definitely the water boat although a little shorter then I had anticipated (15 minutes) and then we were able to walk the village and get in some shopping. Robert has very good English, attentive to our needs, and overall nice disposition. We enjoyed the day with him.

If you get Robert you... - If you get Robert you will be taken care!! He went out of his way to help us get to a pharmacy before our tour even started. He never rushed us to get back on time and was very patient and answering all our questions.
He took us to a nice local restaurant for lunch on the water. I would recommend this tour and even ask for Robert he was such a gentleman and very knowledgeable about his city.

Tour Guide Lea was AMAZING and the pandas were so cute - Our tour guide Lea was fantastic! My grandson loves her. She was extremely friendly and was very knowledgeable with the area and the history. The pandas were the highlight.

Great experience & amazing guide - Fantastic tour. Guide was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to explore at our own pace. She knew all the tricks to give us the best experience. We got to see the pandas eating, eat local cuisine, and go on an amazing boat ride. The local cuisine was incredible and she helped us order and taught us how to use the plates and utensils. Overall 10/10 experience. We only had a short time in Shanghai and this was a highlight.

Enjoyable day trip whilst in Shanghai - We decided to do this tour as we wanted to see outside of the bustle of Shanghai and experience some older cultural parts of this huge city.
Sunny Tours were very well organised - they gave us great information on what to expect, and when we had to make some last minute inconvenient changes to the date, they accommodated our request.
Out guide Robert came to pick us up at our hotel and at all stages was the epitome of a gracious host. He was knowledgeable about Zhujiajiao, which is a picturesque water village and worth exploring.
We also combined this with a trip to the Shanghai Zoo, as I especially wanted to see a Panda up close. Enjoyed the zoo as well, and Robert sorted all ticketing and made it very easy as he knew exactly how to navigate his way around. Saved a lot of time as the zoo is very large.
Also experienced a lovely lunch Robert organised looking out over the Zhujiajiao canal.
The vehicle was a very comfortable and fancy people mover, with a great driver.
Thanks to Robert for all his knowledge and calm nature. Would recommend this day trip if I’m Shanghai!

Ancient Water Village - Fantastic tour with Cassie. Visiting the water village and visiting key spots. Delicious lunch, fantastic boat ride and visiting the zoo seeing pandas!
Cassie was a fantastic guide explaining Chinese culture and heritage and showing key spots. Highly recommended.

The visit of the city is an opportunity to see a fairly original architecture - The visit to the Zoo allows you to see a panda and the tour of the city by boat is very original. The guide makes us many pictures.

So happy - Cassie was absolutely lovely and took so many pictures of us, which we really appreciated. We learned a lot about the local culture, animals, and small local shops, and got to see so much more than we expected. She also explained the meaning of Chinese writing characters and shared deep cultural insights, which helped us truly understand China—not just see it. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable experience! I did some crazy thing too eating a scorpion!
