A day in Shanghai - Sunny collected us from the cruise terminal,wisked us away in a good quality mpv. Our driver was top quality from start to finish , sunny passed us on to Claire (Chi-Chi) , who was the guide for the day. Both ladies were so efficient, and friendly , making sure they understood exactly what we wanted and modified the day to suit us, and of course the tight schedule we had. Informative throughout , Chi-Chi (quig-quing) filled our needs and more, with her knowledge and exceptional grasp of the English language. If you want to go to Shanghai, see it in all it's beauty and wonderment , then please see it with sunny private tours !

Above and beyond! - My teenage son and I had an excellent time all around with this experience! Sunny was a great communicator from start to finish, the driver was patient and helpful, and Annie was an excellent guide who shared so much information and her perspectives with us! We had limited time, but filled it well! Also, the team went above and beyond, helping us to find a personal item left behind on the plane, making multiple calls in Chinese to help us sort it out! I recommend this tour very highly!

Shanghai Private Tour. - We had the Shanghai Private Tour with Sammi as our guide.
Sammi was excellent. She explained the history of Shanghai very well and had a delightful sense of humour. She also showed great knowledge and her English was perfect.
We would highly recommend her to others.

Maravillosa - It is a very good option to get to know the city when you have to make a long stopover. It gives you enough time to get a good idea of the city. The service is wonderful and punctual. Our guide was Anie and she was wonderful, she was our companion all day and made everything very easy for us. We took a very nice memory thanks to her of a city in such a short time.

Maravilloso - As soon as you arrive they pick you up without wasting any time so you can see as much as possible. In the car the boy even gave us a massage. The guide was attentive to everything at all times, explaining everything non-stop. very nice. totally recommended tour. the driver sunny and the guide shirley, the best of our short trip to shanghai

Fantastic option for a layover in Shanghai. - This was an excellent way to spend a day long layover in Shanghai. Great communication from Sunny who made sure we knew how to find our driver and even checked we’d made it back to the airport and through customs at the end of the day. The car we were driven in was extremely comfortable and Shirley was an excellent guide. We visited a number of key attractions and Shirley brought them to life by telling us about the history and local customs. Sunny and Shirley made it easy and enjoyable for us to spend our layover in Shanghai rather than at the airport. I’d highly recommend this private tour.

Highly satisfactory experience in Shanghai - The personnel at this travel agency are highly proficient in communication. Furthermore, the team displays excellent customer service, despite the driver's limited English proficiency. The pickup service is exceptional. The vehicle was also clean and well-equipped with massage chairs. Jessica, the tour guide, is highly proficient in English and demonstrated excellent communication skills. This tour is recommended for those with additional time in Shanghai. The travel team provided comprehensive updates from the initial arrival in Shanghai until the group's safe return to their hotel or airport.
