• Yu Garden (Yuyuan) - Upon arrival at Pudong International Airport or the Shanghai/Wusongkou cruise terminal, your professional tour guide will greet you with a personalized name card. After a one-hour drive from the airport or cruise terminal, embark on an exciting layover tour of the stunning city of Shanghai!

Begin your adventure at Yuyuan Garden, a beautifully preserved garden with a rich 400-year history. Marvel at the elegant Chinese pavilions and authentic ancient architecture. Wander through the historic house featuring intricate pavilions, corridors, ponds, rockeries, walkways, and lush greenery. For those interested in shopping and street food, the Yuyuan Bazaar is an excellent option (Note: Yuyuan Garden is closed on Mondays, in which case, the Jade Buddha Temple will be visited instead).

• Jade Buddha Temple - If Yuyuan Garden is unavailable, opt for a visit to the Jade Buddha Temple. Explore the charming old temple with its multiple chambers and impressive Buddha statues. Observe local worshippers and gain insights into the captivating religious culture from your guide. (The Jade Buddha Temple closes at 4:30 pm).
• Shanghai Tower - Continue your journey to Shanghai Tower (632 meters), the tallest building in China. Enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire city from the observatory. Recharge with a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, where you can savor the famous “Xiao Long Bao” (soup dumplings) and other delectable dishes.
• The Bund (Wai Tan) - Next, head to the renowned Bund area to witness the spectacular city landmarks along the Huangpu riverside, including the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, Shanghai Tower, and the historic colonial architecture of the Bund.
