Late for Our Date! - The places visited on this tour in Shanghai are truly the highlights of the city for a first time visitor. Be careful about booking this tour if you arrive to Shanghai on a large cruise ship. There are 2 cruise terminals in the city. It took us 1 1/2 hours in a taxi to get to the meeting place for this tour. Luckily the tour guide was a great communicator and he waited patiently for us to arrive. And we were the only 2 people on this tour. We selected not to visit the Shanghai Museum in order to make up the time lost in the morning.

Fantastic tour well organised - Great tour with our guide Elena , very knowledgeable and answered all questions fully . The silk factory was great and Shanghai museum was amazing . The food for lunch was lovely and very filling . Thank you again Elena for a wonderful tour

Day tour of Shanghai - Great experience! 💯 Be sure to get a souvenir after you complete the garden tour to have a momento of your trip. We very much enjoyed the trip to te silk factory as well.

Great Guide - Our second day in Shanghai, we went on a tour with Tom. He impressed us with his English, knowledge, and customer service. He kept the tour on time and took us to a delicious lunch. Most bathrooms were western style with toilet paper but not all. Also, the driver was very safe. Our tours in Shanghai had better drivers and food than the tours in Beijing.

Amazing intro to Shanghai - This was a great introductory tour - especially as I was only in Shanghai for a short amount of time. My tour leader was super friendly, funny and full of helpful facts. Definitely recommend as Shanghai isn't that straightforward if you don't know where you're going

This was a great way to... - This was a great way to see the main sites in a day. While I don’t love getting shuttled around, it’s a must if you’re trying to squeeze things in. I particularly recommend it at the beginning of your trip to get your bearings and learn where you may want to return to. Good variety of stops. I was only unimpressed by the excessive silk sales push that they tout as a “silk tour”.

Not so great experience - The only thing i remember is running around and the tour guide coming in between every capture of mine. Tom was not a great guide. The tour is a good tour, but the tour company needs to hire professional guides with some interest to show tourists around. Do not recommend this tour company. One can take the same tour from a different tour company with better tour guides. The tour guide was in a hurry all the time
