The Cruise Company may assign a specific disembarkation time for each passenger in advance. If possible, kindly inform us once you have your disembarkation time. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name at the arrival hall before that time.
On arrival:
Look for a sign with your name. Whenever your cruise ship arrives at the terminal, your personal driver will greet you and escort you to your private vehicle, then transfer you to your hotel in downtown Shanghai.
