• For transfers from Pudong Airport to the port, the driver will track the passengers’ flight and provide service based on the actual arrival time. The waiting time is 1.5 hours after the actual arrival. The meeting points are Exit 2A, Exit 2C in T2, and the International/National arrival Exit in T1.
• For transfers from the port to Pudong Airport, the driver will arrive at the port punctually. An English-speaking assistant will be on standby at the port. The waiting time is 1 hour after the scheduled service time.
• The driver has basic English skills but will be thoroughly briefed on the pick-up locations by our professional English-speaking staff once the booking is confirmed.
