The tour of Shanghai was... - The tour of Shanghai was wonderful and Queena was incredibly detailed and knowledgeable. When I come back to Shanghai I will definitely book another tour of time allows.

A 10 Star tour-How to spend ONE DAY in Shanghai and NOT REGRET IT! - From where do I begin to do proper justice in reviewing this experience? Because there were so many highlights, I will give a very quick review for those who don’t care to “read on” and then a longer and more detailed review for those who want more juicy details before making a decision of with whom to tour with a great return on “investment”. Quick review: THIS PRIVATE TOUR IS WORTH IT—if you are going to tour Shanghai for only one day and hope to get a solid overview of the city, China history, see the “Venice of China” and feel fully taken care of while sightseeing as a non-Chinese speaker, this is the company with which to book. Not only was the guide EXCEPTIONAL (Caroline) but the company as a whole, from the behind the scenes booking team (Alana was very communicative) to the driver (Mr. Shen)—they were all part of what made this booking over-the-top worth it. The price INCLUDES: a safe driver, a knowledgeable guide, lunch per any dietary restrictions, ALL entry tickets into sites, the burden of buying each entry ticket is taken on by the guide, Q & A at every site, convenient drop-off and pick-up by the driver at each site, high-end and comfortable vehicle for the commute, an experienced that is flexible and tailored to the specific needs of the guests. IT’S WORTH IT. The team is very punctual in arrival, communicative, professional, respectful, the guide had an excellent command of the English language, easy to understand and extremely knowledgeable. The booking process and after booking responsiveness was great and Caroline was GREAT. Juicy overview: Background: In looking for how to get the MOST out of the very short time in Shanghai, many different reviews were read about the different tour companies and "Amazing Shanghai Trip" was the tour experience that stood out the most for the one day of seeing some of the most important stops while here for a short time. We thought we were going to get a “normal” private tour, see a few sites, eat lunch and then come back to the hotel. To begin, the tour guide Caroline was GREAT (having a great guide can make or break the experience), however, the company has about a total of 15 highly skilled/trained tour guides. It did feel like we had the best tour guide of the 15…but we don’t know the others and Caroline was just an exceptionally great fit for the tour experience we wanted. Shortly after booking, a free message was sent to: confirm arrival time of the guide; communicate how the guide would confirm that the correct guests for the tour are being picked up and what the guests needed to have handy for ease of confirmation; and confirm any dietary restrictions for the lunch that is included with the tour. We did not only want to look at the sites and have an empty picture taking time, we wanted to experience Shanghai relative to the short time in the city and to walk away with an enriched experience of “getting to know the city as first-timers” and understanding the story behind the city as it is today. Caroline nailed it without even knowing. She brought Shanghai to life in so many ways and was able to perfectly interweave the history of Shanghai into the Shanghai seen today. She did it in a way that was not overwhelming of like a boring history class, but with a right amount of detail and information easy for adults and children of all ages to enjoy. This would also be a GREAT family tour as well because of how well Caroline brought the history “to life”. When Carline arrived on time for the booked 8am tour, to our surprise a separate dedicated driver was with her. Later, we realized how important this was…there was door-to-site service making it very easy to travel without worrying about taking extra time for parking and unnecessary additional walking from needing to park far away. We had priority drop off and pick up at each site, which made an efficient use of our time and sightseeing without rushing through the experience. The driver, Mr. Shen, was very professional and we always felt safe as he drove from one site to the next. Even the small detail of opening and closing the door really made it feel like a tour with the finesse of a private driver! Despite dietary restrictions, Caroline was able to find a restaurant that fully accommodated our needs and the food was delicious. This was a bonus to being on a private tour…we did not have to spend time wondering where to eat, they did that for us and it was done very well! As for Caroline, again, we can’t rave more…you can tell she is a seasoned guide who is also very appropriately energetic and enjoyable to be with for a whole day. Her role as tour guide is one of constant giving, and at no point did she ever provide poor service, but was professional, fun and very knowledgeable about Shanghai. I think if Caroline were not so knowledgeable we would of had a good time…but with her we had a very GREAT time that would make us want to go on another tour with her and for that reason we can very highly recommend this company.

A Memory worth remembering.... - This tour was a great conglomerate of what Shanghai has to offer wrapped into a single day's time. My tour guide "Snow" was patient and knowledgeable on many topics concerning locations, Chinese culture, and life as a citizen of China. She answered my many questions and was engaging in personal topics of interest. She was flexible and had alternative options for locations that may have been already experienced by her guests. Transportation was via Tesla vehicle and was promptly ready at every transition. Suggestions were also provided for additional time in Shanghai to make the experience complete for her guests. Would recommend this booking and this guide.

Great one day exqursion for short stop in Shanghai - Very well organized and curated trip. Wanted to see sights in off day on a business trip and tool the tour. Positively surprised with how well it was organized with good consideration of rush hours and queues. Caroline was an awesome guide with gold insights and was very thoughtful, nice and accomodating. Also they facilitated my need for off location drop off nicely.

Excellent - Fantastic day out. The guide May was very informative and ensured our party of 6 were looked after. They even supplied a birthday cake for my wife at no extra cost . 10/10 for this tour operator.

Great Shanghai overview tour - All transportation was provided with a private guide giving a detailed description all along the way. Provided lunch was very good. Snow (my guide) was very knowledgeable and flexible, adjusting to pace or highlights I wanted to see. Would highly recommend.

Zhujiajiao Water Town - Xin was very friendly and knowledgeable. The driver, apologies don't know his name, was very professional and water was provided in the car, which was good as it was very hot. The pace was good, not too fast or too slow. We covered a lot of areas initially walking along the Bund and then Yu gardens. We had a delicious lunch and the shopping was great as well. The water town is beautiful and interesting, it was definitely a highlight of my trip to China. The tour finished with a walk around the French Concession. I have already asked about other tours for my next trip to China.

I highly recommend this... - I highly recommend this tour. The communication was excellent to help us get through the airport and meet our driver who met us in the arrival terminal and took us to our tour guide, Snow. Snow was a wonderful guide. She answered any questions we had made accommodations around what we wanted and made sure any requests we had were met. After our tour was over our driver took us back to the airport and gave us the opportunity to take a nap on the way back. We had a 15 hour layover and this tour filled up our day with the transportation to and from the airport and the tour itself.

So Very Thankful to Jane for the Lasting Impact on All of Us! Best Tour Guide! - Touring with Jane felt like family. She was very informative, as expected, but her genuine attention, sincerity, and care made our day! Her energy and spirit is very inviting and warm. She took the extra step to bring us each fans and didn't hesitate to pay for our daughter's charger when our alipay wasn't working. We had a delicious lunch together with great ambience and service that was included in the tour. She encouraged us to order whatever peaked our interest and added her own recommendations for a traditional meal. The sites and scenery were awesome to see, but she's a reminder that meeting beautiful souls is what really leaves an imprint on your heart and mind when you travel.
