Before Booking | Choose the Right Vehicle
To guarantee a comfortable ride with ample space for your luggage, please select your vehicle based on the number of travelers and bags:
- 1–2 passengers → Sedan (accommodates up to 2× 28” luggage)
- 3–5 passengers → 7-seater Minivan (accommodates up to 5× 28” luggage)
- 6–9 passengers → 14-seater Van (accommodates up to 9× 28” luggage)
- 10–12 passengers → 19-seater Van (accommodates up to 12× 28” luggage)
- 13–15 passengers → 33-seater Bus (accommodates up to 15× 28” luggage)
Got extra luggage? Here’s how to choose:
If you have more luggage than listed above, please add one more passenger when booking.
For example:
- 2 passengers + 3 suitcases → select “3 people”
- 5 passengers + 6 suitcases → select “6 people”
This allows us to arrange a larger and more spacious vehicle, ensuring your ride is comfortable and stress-free.
Booking Tips
Please provide the accurate number of travelers and luggage, so we can match you with the most suitable vehicle.
If you prefer extra legroom or have more luggage, simply add one more passenger when booking — we’ll arrange a larger and more spacious vehicle for you.
If you need an infant car seat, please submit the order and leave a note at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll prepare it free of charge.
Service Coverage
Our airport transfer service includes up to 50~60 km of driving distance, covering almost all hotels within Chengdu city downtown.
Once we receive your booking, we’ll contact you to confirm the details and inform you in advance if any extra distance charge applies.
There are no hidden fees, so you can travel with peace of mind.

On the Day of Departure | Friendly Reminders
Free Waiting 30 Minutes:
The driver will wait patiently. After 30 minutes, an overtime fee of USD5 / CNY35 per half hour applies.
Customer no-show:
If it’s been over 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time and we’re still unable to reach you, the driver will have to leave to continue with the next service. In this case, the booking will be considered a No-show, and the service will be marked as completed — no refund will be provided.
We kindly suggest keeping your phone reachable. If your plan changes unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to assist.
