3. Flight Monitoring:
   Your flight status is monitored in real-time. There are no additional charges for flight delays, and your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly.

4. Free Waiting Time:

   • 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your flight’s actual landing time.
   • Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

5. If You Cannot Find Your Driver:
   Do not leave the arrival hall. Contact your driver immediately via call or WhatsApp using the provided contact details. Our 24/7 support team is also available to assist.
