3. The Pickup:

   • From Hongqiao Airport (SHA): Look for your driver holding a name sign at the Arrival Hall Exit of your terminal (T1 or T2). The driver will assist with your luggage.
   • From Hotel: Your driver will be waiting at the hotel lobby entrance 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
