Trust their local knowledge - Great knowledgeable staff who hooked us up with great skis for the week in Cortina. The pistes are much different than what we generally ski on in the states and we had no idea what skis to get. I usually have 102s and would have struggled here. They got me into a great pair of Rossignol Forzas that were perfect for the conditions; the same for my family as well. Friendly and easy to talk with, the owner even got us a taxi to our condo.
