Great staff, informative and beautiful views and animals - Captain John and team were incredibly informative and patient. We had a lot of rare sightings & I loved hearing how infrequent those sightings have been in his 13 years. I appreciated the history and knowledge not just on the creatures, but also about ice fields vs glaciers, the effects of global warming and greenhouse gas emissions. Rowen & Scott were incredible at bringing out my inner child - I loved the hands on tutorial by pulling out glacial ice and bulb seaweed so those who wanted to touch it had the opportunity. Overall great trip - amazing sights, informative staff and an enjoyable adventure.

Memories for a lifetime - This was the highlight of our Alaskan vacation!!! The crew was fantastic. Best of all, we experienced the glacier calving and saw a pod of 13 humpback whales bubble feeding. This was in addition to the bald eagles, puffins, sea otters, sea lions, and orcas we were able to view. The 7.5 hour trip was a perfect length to experience so much. The views were spectacular. I would highly recommend!

Wildlife! Glaciers! Fabulous! - The entire trip was 10 out of 10! The guides were experts in the region, the boat was comfortable, the lunch was delicious and best of all....the wildlife was out in full force! We saw two pods of orcas, two different kinds of puffins, many other types of birds, otters, sea lions, many glaciers (up very close), waterfalls and best of all--NINETEEN humpback whales bubblefeeding!!! We finally had to stop watching all the animals and return to the dock. Eight and a half hours flew by! Never thought I would utter the words, "whale breath really stinks!" Absolutely worth every penny.

Amazing experience! - My parents, 3 kids and myself (ages 16-74) took the 8.5 hour full day tour of the Kenai Fjords, and it was absolutely amazing. I know a lot is dependent on weather conditions and the wildlife itself, but we were able to see orcas, dalls porpoise, a mountain goat, seals, sea lions, humpback whales, puffins and some other birds, waterfalls and glaciers. We actually saw the humpbacks twice- the first time they were bubble feeding with a group of around 12, the second time was a bit further away but that group was larger, around 16. One of the crew members dropped a microphone in the water and we were able to hear the noise the whales were making. The captain communicated with other ships in the area so when wildlife was spotted our boat would head in that direction. We had plenty of time to spend at different areas and never felt rushed, and the boat size was perfect because everyone had plenty of room to see. The lunch meal of sandwiches, chips and a granola bar was good with a lot of meat on the sandwiches, and they served soft drinks then as well which was nice as the preemptive motion sickness pills we’d taken made us all a bit sleepy in the afternoon. The crew were attentive and good to answer any questions. The boat had some snacks, drinks and motion sickness meds they sold onboard. Towards the end of our trip we each got a brownie and they were delicious- moist and dark chocolate. I would highly recommend anyone to take this cruise or one of their other offerings. Once-in-a-lifetime experience with perfect weather, captain, naturalist and scenery! - I have been on many whale watching and glacial cruises over the years and this was the very best one that I have ever been on. We had an absolute perfect day on July 17th and Roen and Captain were so knowledgeable and got us to see every animal and site that I wanted to see!

Saw a ton of whales in july - The experience was awesome. We were blessed with calm waters and perfect for all sorts of whale activities . The cruise path for 8.5 hr cruise is more of an adventurous one. You do sacrifice aialik bay though as its not covered in the 8.5 cruise

Great Cruise! - Fantastic cruise from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and helpful, from check-in, boarding the boat, narrating, serving lunch, and just in general. It was so professional, well organized and friendly. The scenery was spectacular and we saw great wildlife, from orcas and humpbacks to sea lions, seals, puffins, a mountain goat, eagles, and other birds. Loved this tour! Can't recommend it highly enough. Great job!
