Most enjoyable tour, not rushed and very personal - Nacho, our driver was not just a driver. With his university degree in history, he gave us a very educational introduction to the area and in fact could answer any question. His driving was safe and effective. Make sure you agree where you meet after the tour.
Chris, the English speaking guide was fantastic and much needed (the ladies at the bodega did not speak any English). Chris made a huge difference in our experience - it was not a classic tasting when you come to the table, drink, leave. It was a tour of the hacienda with explaining how it fits into the history of the region, what is important for aging the wine, or what is solera and how it works. He was a winemaker himself and we so enjoyed his personal touch! The tasting took place during the tour - the lady always found us along the way, bringing yet another sample. So pleasant and definitely not rushed!
Surprisingly, there was no push to buy anything, in fact we had to actively look for help when we wanted to buy a few bottles. The whole tour was a very enjoyable experience and we would gladly recommend it to anybody interested in sherry wines of the region.

You won’t regret this - From start to finish, this trip was a lot of fun and worth every penny spent. Our tour guide was bright and engaging, the winery had some very interesting and fun educational techniques, and the tasting was phenomenal,

Wine tourism at Bodegas Salado - Wine tourism in Seville with @naturandatours. We visited the @bodegassalado in Umbrete (Seville) founded in 1810 by Don Ramón Salado. Bodegas salado has always remained in the hands of the family, currently in the sixth generation. In their Las Yeguas estate, located in Aljarafe, they have been cultivating the native Garrido Fino grape for decades. With it they have made the first Sevillian sparkling wine "umbretum", awarded as the best wine in Seville. We tasted their traditional orange wine and vermouth, and after visiting the 19th century winepress. XIX, we enjoyed another tasting on the patio: the Finca Las Yeguas white wine and the sparkling Umbretum. Many thanks to the guides: Nacho and Elena and Fran León (communication and sales of Bodegas Salado)

Fun trip - Had a very great time with Patricia, the guide from Naturanda. It was very interesting seeing how sherry is made, and Patricia was very friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyable - We had a lovely time with our wine tour, despite it being the warmest part of summer. Transport was provided and we had a lovely tour with Pedro where he talked us through the process or making the wine, the new sparkling wine they’re making and answering any questions we had along the way with exceptional English! We then got to taste a few of their wines and purchase some to take home. We then enjoyed some lunch with our guide Patricia who drove us, supplied lunch and gave us a few wines to sample whilst we were able to sit and chat with the others on the tour! Overall a lovely (half) day, Patricia and Pedro were so friendly and accommodating and I would highly recommend whether it’s your first wine tour or not!
Was a very stress-free and enjoyable experience, perfect for a celebration or just a lovely day out!

A lovely trip - My mum and I went on the tour and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. It was interesting to hear how the bodega had evolved over the years and to learn a little bit about the surrounding area. The staff were super friendly and happily answered any questions. Each wine we tried was nicer than the one before (we ended up ditching some items from our suitcase so we could bring a couple of bottles home with us). I’d absolutely recommend this tour; a lovely way to spend a few hours.

Rip off - We had a fun time due to us being incredibly fortunate to be sharing the day with a very nice family who were a lot of fun. The actual tour itself though was no way near the money we paid for it. It seemed like the winery weren't expecting us and we had to use Google maps to help the driver find the place. The actual wine tour itself probably lasted about 35 mins and the majority of that was walking around one barrel room followed by drinking wine. Our guide tried his best and was very fun but to pay £77 for this was an absolute rip off. Probably worth £15 including transport.

Cancel This Tour & Give Money Back - While we paid for a tour in English, our guide did not know English. So, several of us on the tour tried to help with translations. Despite our best efforts, we learned very little due to the language barrier. Because the wine tour did not include vineyards, so we spent most of our time sitting in a courtyard with little of the wine ambience you'd expect from a half day tour like this. When it came time to taste the wines, we were only allowed to taste two very mediocre wines even though we kept hearing about their other wines that were served in Michelin star restaurants.
Naturanda should return the money of this tour. If Naturanda cannot improve the tour, you should cancel it.
