Would recommend the horse... - Would recommend the horse show with the sherry tasting tickets. The horse show was absolutely beautiful and an event that should.be seen.

Show - Enchanting presentation, tuning between the horses and their horsemen and amazons, pleasant Mood.

Sweet Jerex - It was a great trip. Our guide Daniella was terrific. She spoke clearly and provided important basic information at every step. She ensured we were well coordinated. It was an enjoyable day.

Jerez and Cadiz tour - Andrea was a great guide! She gave us a lot of great information and history of the area. The bus ride to Jerez and Cadiz was a long one. But the sherry tasting and the Spanish riding school were worth the trip.

Great day trip from Seville - Great trip, well organized and our guide Carlos did a great job of translating between English and Spanish. The Sherry tasting Jerez was great, horses amazing and a nice stop for lunch and exploration in Cadiz. The air conditioned bus was a nice treat for the quick ride back to Seville at the end of the day.

Full day experience - Got to the pick up point with no problems. Bus came a little late but that was OK. The guide was young and a bit cheeky but gave a good guide as we drove through Seville on the first leg of our journey to Jerez. The bodega we visited in Jerez was excellent. Our guide there fro. Tuscany spoke excellent English and was obviously proud of the sherry they produced. The tasting was good too. Then we boarded the coach to the Horse ballet, arriving a little late as the show had started. The show was fine, the horses beautiful. Then the final leg to Cadiz, it looked very sorry for itself in the rain with many shops closed. I'm sure it is better in the sunshine but sadly looked like it all needed a lick of paint! The cathedral is an impressive building that dominates the square. We stopped in one of the cafes and had some tapas which was excellent. Then back on the bus at 5pm to return to Seville. The fields lining the motorway were flooded and some trees had fallen. The weather was terrible. Rain upon rain. A good day spoiled by the weather

Great way to see Jerez and Cadiz from Seville but not a must do - Rather boring. A very quick stop for a sherry tasting. Then on to the Andalusian horse dance (which was the best part of the trip). I’m not sure that I understood we were essentially on our on in Cadiz. Two and a half hours of free time was too much for me. There were 2 different groups using the same bus but somewhat different itineraries. Unfortunately there were quite a few who either didn’t understand the directions or chose not to abide by them which required the rest of us to stand around waiting. It happens on group tours, but if that annoys you, consider going private. We returned home 30 minutes later than expected, and since I had dinner reservations for the evening it was a bit frustrating. Petra was great. Just not my cup of tea.

Good tour, poor communication - The tour itself was great. We loved both the sherry tasting in Jerez and the Andalusion horse show. But the fact that our guide told her co-worker not to hug her when she arrived because she was ill and didn't want to give it to him didn't make us feel especially comfortable being with her on an enclosed bus for hours. And the tour operator's (or Viator's?) confirmation process for arranging a place to meet to start the tour left a lot to be desired. The website listing offered 4 possible meeting points. We selected one and then booked a hotel only a 5-minute walk from that meeting point. At 9:15 p.m. on the night before the scheduled 8 a.m. pickup the next day, I got a phone call saying that our selected meeting point was not available and that they had been trying to reach me for days to ask me to select another. I don't know how they were trying to reach me. Maybe smoke signal? It certainly wasn't via email, text, phone, or chat from their app because nothing at all came in via those obvious options until after 9 p.m. when they finally attempted phone, email, and chat. At that time, of course, it was too late to change our hotel, so we had to walk an extra 20 minutes the next morning to get to the pick-up point they said they did have available - not the easiest thing to do with a bad back. We dealt with it, but I don't like being lied to. I also attempted multiple times in the days leading up to the tour to use their website chat feature to ask a couple questions about the tour itself, and no one ever responded to that chat either. It was a shame that a very nice tour was marred by not-very-nice (and seemingly untrue) communication. I expect more from Viator and the tour operators they contract with.

A company and trip to be avoided. - Awful start to day.Offered 8.10 am Pick -up at Naturanda Office C.zaragosa during phone and email contacts the day before. Phone contact no.after 15mins.wait to be told we should have been at C Rastro pick-up for 8.50 am. Lots of panic to get taxi to get us there on time to find that coach didn't leave until 9.30 anyway. Companies organization is chaotic!!!! Timings of this trip don't work. Got to Jerez to find winery in darkness due to power failure(nobodies foult) but had to be rushed straight to tasting table and quick sip as we had to rush to the equestrian centre for the horse ballet. This was excellent,the saving grace of the day. Then on to Cadiz for a quick hellter-skelter tour. Very nice meal close to Central Market-thanks to guide Driss. Guides tried their best to jolly us along but in our case they were on a losing wicket from the early morning false start.

TERRIBLE - The worst company to deal with. Naturanda sell tours they don't have. They are disorganised and chaotic. Deceptive and unprofessional Just ask their tour staff! They have tours online that they do NOT provide BUYER BEWARE
