Extremely gracious hosts,... - Extremely gracious hosts, immaculately clean kitchen, and a fabulous time learning how to make salmorejo, spinach with garbanzos, paella, and sangria. We have re-created these recipes at home in the US because we enjoyed them so much. Leo is a brilliant chef and has the gift of bringing people together and making everyone feel completely at home. We look back upon this experience with such happiness and appreciation, and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The hosts were fun, had... - The hosts were fun, had very good English and the dishes were delicious and not too complicated. Recipes were shared via email later. The explaination of where to meet was decent and necessary. I would suggest that they add "our space is on the row closest to the main road" to the meet up directions.

Well worth it! - Well worth it! One of our favorite memories of our Southern Spain trip. Dom and Noelia were perfect chef hosts - fun and attentive, kept everyone involved and helped us make a great dinner. Loved the other guests too! We would definitely do it again if we are in Sevilla. Note the mercado closes at 2 or 3 so if you want to see that too, book the earlier class!

Fantastic Experience at Taller Andaluz de Cocina - During our trip to Seville, me and my husband decided to join a cooking class at Taller Andaluz de Cocina, right in the heart of the Triana Market… and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire vacation. We had such a great time: we cooked, learned, laughed, and tasted delicious dishes and drinks, all in a welcoming and well-organized environment. The three recipes we prepared were not only incredibly tasty but also explained perfectly—complete with stories, curiosities, and little tips that make you feel truly connected to Spanish food culture. A special thank-you goes to Carlo, our chef: brilliant, funny, engaging, and at the same time extremely professional. His genuine passion for cooking is contagious, and he knows exactly how to make everyone feel comfortable, even those who aren’t expert cooks. And heartfelt thanks also to Kai, absolutely lovely and always attentive, who assisted Carlo throughout the evening and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. An absolutely recommended activity for anyone who loves cooking, having fun, and discovering a more authentic side of Spanish gastronomy.

Fun and enthusiastic... - Fun and enthusiastic chef! Price-quality disproportionate. Very expensive for what you get. In the main course there was hardly any chicken, too bad.

Wouldn't recommend - low quality ingredients and basic setup - Do NOT waste your money and time on this experience. The quality of the ingredients was poor, we didnt do any cooking ourselves - just watched the chef cook in front of us. The group was v nice just not worth the money.
