Just OK - Not as good as the many other cities that do it well, like London for example. Seems they don't have many busses, so you have to wait, they don't leave right away. They waited to fill up the bus. Frustrating. So, seeing that we stayed on the bus and never got off until it made a full loop. Could be a so much better experience.

App doesn’t work - The app does not realistically work at all. It loads but when you try to obtain a timetable and get any information at all crashes. We tried this many many times with different phones and we have the same result all the time. When you mention this to anybody at the company they tell you oh, it works for them or just try the Wi-Fi on the bus, which makes no sense. The bus ride traverses the city pretty nicely, but without having easy access to the time schedules, you can be unnecessarily waiting, and never know when the bus will come so I would never do this again.

The price ok as its start from 10am till 8pm - This bus Seville, is a bit long for waiting, not like the green bus sightseeing is more frequent than the red one. We find a driver that goes with speed everywhere didn’t give you a change to take a photo. In Madrid & Barcelona this bus was great but in Seville not recommended.

Worst tour ever - The worst sightseeing tour I ever did: Very few attractions to see in reality And almost no explanation. Every tour also starts in 30 minutes.

Worst experience ever. - Worst experience ever. My mom lost her ticket after one hour. Even with the receipt of the buy, the proof of the payment. This company has refused to provide a duplicata. What a shame for a commercial company

Unorganized, not worth it! - We spent 3 nights in seville! One day we went on this tour! It had 14 location's to get on and get off with busses coming every 30min behind the one you get off! Sounds great right? Well not so much.. the stops aren't marked and there is nothing on the bus indicating what stops next etc. In Seville the street names are like finding Waldo so unless you know the city well (you wouldn't be doing this tour) you are pretty much lost. We got off stop 13 thinking it was 12 and walked 38min to our airbnb which should have been a 9min walk. Also multiple stops were cancelled and we weren't told this at all! For me and my fiance it was a complete waste of money! $50 Euros $75 cad .. it would have been cheaper to pay an uber to drive us around for the day and we wouldn't have had to spend the day walking when we were supposed to be in a "bus tour" the city of Seville was absolutely amazing.. we thought we would be bored, but we we're very wrong. We will be back; just no bus tours next time 😁 The picture I added was stop 1 at the canal/tower

Green bus tour horrible experience and waste of money - Was 40 C in Seville so we decided to take the green bus city seeing tour . Worst decision ever . Not much of. Tour. Had to change bus half way. Waste of money . No air conditioning. Rude drivers . First and last time in Seville for me . Rather walk or drive myself somewhere else .

Scam! - Aweful service: it was 37 °C plus and there was no proper air-conditioning in the bus. Audio tour did not work. The bus stopped on the stop 1 for 45 minutes, so we were waiting in terrible hot weather with 2 seniors 80+ yo and small kids. In addition, the day we were in Seville the main attraction Plaza de Espana was closed during pm hrs and nobody warned us, so we totally missed it! Beware of this scam! Not worth it at all! Better to take the map and see the sights by yourself!

Very disappointing - We bought tickets as they included 3 sights we wanted to visit. All were closed. No warning of closure times was give by the bus company. Also, the route was changed without prior notice with the result that we missed a section we wanted to see. When we reached stop 1, we were told the bus would be stopping for a few minutes before continuing to stop 2 (where we had started). It remained at 1 for 25 minutes without the air conditioning (30 degrees)

Don’t Bother - If you want to save yourself money and time then I seriously suggest you avoid using this service, the staff were beyond rude, we had to wait even with pre paid tickets for the lady to finish her private calls and texts only to have the tickets slapped down and be told Don’t loose them!!! Apart from the first stop at Plaza De Espana there Is nothing worth viewing, total rip off!!!!
