Worst Experience ever- complete Thievery !!! - Our family booked our bike trip several months in advance, We were really looking forward to seeing the city on bikes. The day before our trip we called to confirm to make sure we were still on as it was raining outside. They never called back !. They day of the trip we showed up and they did not have us down as guests even though we have a confirmation. We asked for our money back 2-3 times with no response !! we are now working with our credit card company to get our money back. DONT USE THEM AS THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU .. HOW CAN THEY STILL BE ON TRIP ADVISOR ???
