Brilliant e-bike tour with Emilio - Emilio was a wonderful host, knowledgeable, approachable and engaging in all the right measure. The tour was physically short/undemanding but lasted about three hours and was great fun. A brilliant way to orient ourselves on the first night.

We got to see so many parts of the city, and we stopped along the way to explore a bit of the streets and monuments. Emilio was both hilarious and informative, we had a great time!

Amazing bike tour of Sevilla with Emilio! - Highly recommended. My wife and I arrived in Sevilla and did a private bike tour with Emilio the next morning to get an overview of the city and its history. Emilio was an amazing, energetic guide and bikes were good quality. We loved the route and the interesting information Emilio provided. We learned so many details about the rich history of Sevilla which made our remaining stay in Sevilla so much more enjoyable.

Great way to see a lot of the area in a short amount of time! - My 8 year old and I went in the off season and were lucky enough to have Emilio all to ourselves! He is very knowledgeable about the incredible history of the area, but was also able to adjust the depth of detail to his younger rider. Great way to see the area in a short amount of time! He also gave us some excellent food recommendations afterwards, and we tried several things on the list 🤤

A brilliant way to experience and see Seville. - Another great bike tour that we have done. Seville is beautiful and cycling is a great way to see it. Milena was our guide and expertly took us around the busy streets.She took us to places we would never have found and into neighbourhoods we would not have visited. She gave us some great recommendations which we have took up and really enjoyed. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Great tour of the sights recommended - The tour was great the timing was relaxed and the guide Emillio is brilliant, keeping everyone informed and entertained. He is a 5 star guide. But if you are a bike geek like me the bikes are ok but a little old hence my 4 stars. Although don’t let that put you off, the tour was fun and my wife and I really enjoyed it

Disappointing Customer Service Experience; Fun Segway Experience - It was very disappointing when I arrived at the bike shop to be told that my 3 hour bike tour would need to be canceled since I was the only one who signed up. While I would have been required to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, this company does not apply this policy to itself, waiting for the unsuspecting traveler to show up before offering a refund, a significantly reduced tour, or a private tour for more money. The company had my contact information and could very easily have communicated with me the day before the tour to advise that I was the only scheduled participant, and therefore they would have to cancel or modify the reservation. Had they done so, that would have allowed me to 1) cancel in advance, 2) make other arrangements, or 3) stay with this company but with an alternative tour. As it was, they waited until I showed up to notify me of the cancellation of my tour, causing me considerable consternation. I had very limited time in Sevilla, with a flight scheduled that same evening, and I was looking forward to riding around in the morning to see the highlights of this beautiful city, just as I had in Porto and Madrid days prior. I believe it is disrespectful to their prospective client to wait until the client shows up to advise of the cancellation or severe modification of their tour. While I originally requested a refund so I could do the Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour, I was informed by Emilio, the tour guide, that the 1 hour Segway tour, if I understood him correctly, would essentially cover the same areas. Emilio even told me I could purchase the ticket for the bus tour from him. After the original plans clearly were not going to be honored, and not wanting to lose any more time, I agreed to the 1 hour Segway tour, which I then negotiated into a 3 hour Segway tour for another $30 after really liking the Segway. So, I got the same 3 hours that I originally paid for, but on a Segway, and for almost double the price. The company should have honored the original 3 hours, at the original price, even if I had to switch over to the Segway for whatever reason. With all that said, the Segway turned out to be incredibly fun and I would definitely do it again. I can highly recommend a Segway tour. While Emilio was extremely informative and friendly, and even took cool video of me while at one of the sites, I don’t like the way I was treated by this company. Despite travelers coming from great distances to experience the city, this company behaved unapologetically toward me, and essentially told me that I should have known in advance that the cancellation of my tour was a possibility. While I wish I were psychic, I am not. I do recall reading something about minimum numbers for some tour or another but I looked at dozens of tours at my different travel destinations and I didn’t memorize each tour’s policies. I would have expected to learn of this company’s cancellation in advance, just as I would have had to cancel 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Of the 7 tours I booked weeks before leaving home for my travels, only the bike tour with this company didn’t work out. For them to behave as though I should have known better, leaves a lot to be desired. The tour with this company could easily have been 5 stars if not for the poor customer service experience. After I posted an initial review, they responded "I'm sorry, but you should read the purchase conditions. If there's only one participant, the tour can't be done. However, we can offer you a private tour; the price is lower. And we did, but you preferred the Segway. The tour you took costs €70 because it's private. We charged you €60, you only paid a fair price, but I encourage you to speak clearly. If you didn't like the price of a private, personalized tour, you should have simply accepted the refund. I apologize for the inconvenience, but we have purchasing policies. Thank you." Wow. What a response! I wouldn't do business with this company again.
