A fantastic way to spend a day. - A fantastic way to spend a day. We saw much more than we expected (mostly birds), including some at very close range. Our guide, Luis, clearly knew what to look for and where. Excellent value, highly recommended.

Birdlife Heaven - It really was a great day in all and good value for money. There was a change in start time which meant we had to get up very early. Miguel was great and Sonia the guide on the 4x4 bus was so knowledgeable and so passionate about wildlife and the ecology of this beautiful park. Did not see Lynx, but hey they are solitary and elusive. We saw 7 different species of heron, flamingos galore, eagles and much more. El Rocio is a bit strange, like something from a western, did not really like it, but if horses and religion are your thing then fill your boots (cowboy ones). Do go if you are interested in wildlife, particularly birds.

Great tour of Doñana - This was a wonderful tour. Saw many different landscapes and animals and was able to take great pictures. While the illusion lynx declined to make an appearance, some wild boars came instead. The guide was excellent and handled English very well. He also took many pictures for us, but unfortunately I haven’t received them. This tour is well worth the cost.

we liked it a lot - We had a wonderful day. The birds and the landscape were great
The guide - Ramón, was nice and helped me find some of the birds I was looking for. He tried and succeeded in finding interesting things for all of us, despite different interests.

Great first introfuction to the region and it's habitats - Beautiful sunny day at Coto Donana and learned a lot about the park and it's significant challenges. Interesting spots to stop at with a number of the representative birds seen. Enjoyable, but would be improved for me by spending longer at some of the stops and a more nature focused group.

A nice but expensive trip - It was difficult to get information about what was really going to happen on the day, only when the guide came we got to know. The guide Hugo was good.
From the green buses that drive inside the National Park, there is limited view because the windows are old and matte, they can be pushed aside but closed because it gets too cold for some. The speaker installation in the bus was also of less good quality.
We saw the landscape types, different birds and individual animals, the landfill we did not see, it is very cloudy and most active at night

Poor organization and unprofessionalism - Very regulatory experience. Poor organization by the company. They took almost an hour to pick us up and didn't bother to let us know, having us outside the hotel waiting.
Our guide was Ramón, who knows the park and its species well. But he did not bring the binoculars that were included in the tour and did not give any explanation. The feeling he gave is unprofessional on his part.
I would not recommend to tour Doñana with this company or with this guide.

Confusion and chaos - We had 2 trips with Naturanda. One was a complete fiasco, the other was okay.
These were 2 trips to Donana Park. Our main request was that the tour be in English. I explicitly asked about it and was confirmed that yes, the tour would be in English.
The first problem occurred when we arrived at the location (15 minutes in advance). We were the only ones there and the office where the meeting was supposed to be seemed closed. When we called the office number, we heard the phone ringing, but no one answered. So we called Naturanda, where we were confirmed that we were at the right address. So they started calling the partners organizing the trip themselves. It was 5:15 PM, the trip was leaving at 5:00 PM and we still had no information. Finally, Naturanda called us to say that someone would come to pick us up.
The whole problem was caused by their email, which stated the following:
Meeting point:
- Doñana Nature, C. Moguer, 10, 21750 El Rocío, Huelva.
- Sometimes you can change to Doñana Reservations and visits, C. Baltasar Tercero, 2, 21750 El Rocío, Huelva.
"Sometimes you can change" doesn't even make sense. It wasn't until later that we found out that they were buying the trip from two different companies. Ours was with the second company, at the second address. (Which they could have told us when we first called, but they told us that the first address was valid.)
Luckily, our trip was saved by a lady from "Doñana Reservations and visits", who came to pick us up and her driver took us to the park to a group that had already left. We arrived just in time to see the lynx. :) Oh, and of course the tour was completely in Spanish.
The second trip - the next day went well. There was only one organizing agency, so we arrived at the meeting point without any problems and the guide already spoke English.
I recommend buying trips directly from the organizers. You will avoid problems.
