Great! - Super nice excursion. In a fantastic place. Great views in the nature reserve. The route is medium level, doable. The reservation had not come through well but was immediately resolved and went out with equal enthusiasm. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Via Ferrata with Raphael! - My friend, who is an experienced climber, and me, an absolute novice, did a Via Ferrata with our guide Raphael. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience with a supportive, friendly guide who could cater to two wides of the climbing ability spectrum. Raphael gave us so much about the mountain, the history of via Ferratas, and insights to local specialties. Wind provides perfect customer service and an amazing experience for everyone interested.

Amazing experience! - We had the fortune to be on the Adventure Circuit in March of this year. We were guided by enthousiastic instructors through the via ferrata's surrounded by beautiful nature. The views at the look out points were amazing. We were told that we were one of the first groups to climb this circuit and it is a great succes! The group kept telling me it was a fun and challenging experience while we stayed in Lisboa. If you are looking for an adventure accessible for a wide range of people, this is the one to go for.

Awful customer service and they let you down at the last minutes if there is a bigger group - Wind cam cancelled our booking the day before the event as we could not make a new date they proposed or moved to another activity we did not want to. Just to satisfy a group of 10. They refunded us 5 days later )I have to remind them) and I lost £5 in the currency transfer. We booked 2 space for the adventure circuit, paid immediately and sent back the required information 10 minutes after the confirmation email. The day before the event, we were asked to change our dates for an earlier start at 9am (we lived at 2 hours from the meeting point) and as we could not make the new date, they asked us to change to a different activity "Coasteering Experience" that we were not interested in. So they cancelled us. Very disappointing and awful customer service.
