The best driver - tour operator Giorgio ! - We had amazing experience with our driver- tour operator - Giorgio- came to hotel early to pick us up- comfortable clean car. Great personality and sense of humor. While we were shopping he was immediately available to take our bags to the car. Delivered us back to the hotel where we unloaded our shopping waited for us and took us to the restaurant where we had our dinner reservation, all the wild with positive energy and attitude. Recommend him highly.

Terrible. - Today I was robbed in an outlet by Seravalle! After 15-20 minutes, my wallet was found in the ladies' room (as I was told at the outlet reception. Naturally, a large amount of money was no longer there, but luckily the documents were in place. A female tourist followed me and her wallet with documents and maps was stolen. I asked to see the cameras but I was refused citing the law that it can only be done after a statement by the police.The wills they don't take and the carabinières said there are no free people to come. In general, be careful because the staff doesn't care and ensuring customer safety is zero! And as the staff confirmed to me, it happens almost every day. But nobody cares!

Waste of time - Luxury items are a joke - choice is limited and items are significantly outdated. High street brads are better and you can choose something but not at any massive discount.
