Winter escapade in korea - It was a wonderful trip and the guide was very funny and accommodating. We had a great time feeding the alpacas and was mesmerized with the beauty of nami island.

Alpacas, rail car and Nami island - Rose was a great host, plenty of freedom at the alpaca world and Nami island to explore. The rail car is a really fun unique experience. You get alot done all from Seoul with the pick up/drop off service, would definitely recommend!

Tour guide Jesse’s great help / saving the day on New Year’s Eve - Our tour guide’s name is Jesse. I lost my bag with passport and a lot of money it at the Railway park attraction, but he helped me to liaise with the staff at the attraction - who seemed insistent about not having it/not being able to find the bag even after an in-depth search. The moment Jesse shared with the attraction’s staff that he would then have to inform the police, the staff immediately called him, sharing that the bag has been found. That was suspicious in itself (we even forfeited the rest of our tour with Jesse just to purchase another ticket to comb through the entire ride again to check - but to no avail) , however without Jesse’s help, I am almost certain we would not have been able to get our bag back. Effectively, Jesse’s swift move and decision to help, despite this being the first time he has dealt with such a situation, was what saved our entire trip itself. We would not have been able to enjoy New Year’s Eve if it had not been for Jesse. Furthermore, Jesse waited for us at Hongdae till 930pm on New Year’s Eve just to pass us our purchases and belongings that we left on the bus inorder to re-take the ride at the Railway attraction. If the tour operator is reading this review, I sincerely and wholeheartedly ask for Jesse to be commended for his dedication and sincerity in helping both my partner and I with all that we had to go through today. Absolutely outstanding - This tour was absolutely outstanding from start to finish—Alpaca World was charming and full of adorable photo moments, Nami Island looked like a live movie set with its peaceful paths and scenery, and the Gangchon Rail Bike was a fun, unique way to enjoy the landscape; but what truly elevated the entire experience was Rose, whose energy, organization, and warm personality made everything flow smoothly and made us feel well taken care of the entire day—she turned a great tour into an unforgettable one.

Rose was such a lovely... - Rose was such a lovely tour guide and she was great at explaining Korean culture. Alpaca World, the Rail Bike and Nami Island were so fun!

Fantastic tour would 10/10 recommend, our tour guide Jesse was the best - Had a fantastic time on this tour with Jesse. He was knowledgeable and really did the most in trying to make our experience good. He let us try famous Korea seaweed on the bus and at lunch he made sure everyone got everything we needed with our limited lunch hour we had. Out of the 3 locations we went to the ramble was the most novel, but nami island and the alpacas were super fun too. All in all couldn’t have asked for a better first tour in Korea.

Great itinerary & friendly guide !!! - The itinerary for this tour is great ! Although it is hours away from the city, the bus ride is very comfortable and provides time for rest/naps . There are stops in between the different tour locations for restroom breaks . Our tour guide - Jesse is very friendly and kept everything organized !!! Alpaca world was so fun ! It’s an animal park that features other mammals and birds. However, the main attraction there are the alpacas!! I wish we had more time there to roam the park but this is a multi-activity tour !!! Gangchon rail bike was so fun and an interesting bucketlist item to add to your trip ! Nami island was very relaxing and beautiful . It was the perfect way to end the tour before another rest on the bus on our way back to Seoul ! Thank you Jesse for a great experience!!!
