• If you have any health problems, you can wait outside of the 3rd tunnel. Going in and out of the 3rd tunnel requires about 30 minutes of hiking.

• The itinerary is “DMZ Tour+Meeting a North Korean Defector+Suspension Bridge”. If you didn’t choose Suspension Bridge option, your time at other places will be longer.
• The tour is operated in rainy or snowy or windy weather.
• Cancellation and refunds are not available within 24 hours of departure time for the following reasons: sudden illness, flight delay, weather changes such as rain, snow, or wind, personal reasons, incorrect booking, or other cases where there are no issues with the tour operation.
