The Ideal One-Day Tour to Discover Jeju - I only had one day to explore Jeju, and this tour was exactly what I needed. Ken tailored the route to match what I wanted to see, and even added in a few surprises I wouldn’t have found on my own. His knowledge of the island and calm driving made the whole experience so smooth. We hit major sights like Seongsan and Hallasan, but also found quiet scenic spots. I left feeling like I truly saw Jeju in just one day.

Jeju Island Private Tour - We booked a private tour with Jeju Taxi Tour John during one of our cruise port stops, and our guide, Mr. Kim, was absolutely exceptional! Friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and funny, he made every stop come alive with fascinating stories and local insights. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and having a great time, and he even took beautiful photos for our family. Thanks to Mr. Kim, our experience was unforgettable, and we completely fell in love with Jeju Island.

Great island tour - Had a lovely day with Steve who took very good care of us. He was friendly and helpful took us to some beautiful places, knew a great lunch spot where we had a true Korean bbq experience with super friendly staff and he answered any questions we had. The communication on WhatsApp was great beforehand and he took some great pictures of us as a family. Overall definitely recommend John's tours especially if you only have a short amount of time on the island to make the most of it.

Fantastic day in Jeju - Great communication. We were met right after getting off the ship and even though the port time was reduced by the cruise ship, Steve ensured we made the most of our time, visiting waterfalls, a beautiful temple, and rock formations. We ended our day with an amazing seafood lunch.

Jeju’s unedco sites with fluent English-speaking guide Harrison - Harrison was an outstanding your guide on Jeju Island, creating an itinerary to focus on our specific interests. His English language skills are excellent, his having lived in the U.S. for 8 years. This enabled him to present our experience from both American and Korean perspectives. He helped locate the Haenyeo Female divers, and we could observe them diving for seafood in the ocean. We were also taken to the Haenyeo Museum, where we could learn more about their culture and lifestyle. Then Harrison drove us to Sunrise Rick, where we enjoyed special views of the sea and the large volcanic rock that is the number one tourist attraction in Jeju. These are both UNESCO world heritage experiences that were truly special to experience. Harrison also accompanied us to an authentic Korean seafood restaurant where he assisted our ordering of freshly caught grilled mackerel and cutlass. We enjoyed a beautiful drive back to the ship enjoying the beautiful cherry blossoms as they were peaking, both lining the roadway and tucked in the hills. Harrison is a very special English-speaking guide who made our visit to Jeju Island memorable. We re comment him highly!

Highly recommand! - Everything was perfect. Mr Cho was our driver. Schedule respected. Clean mini van. I would recommand. If I go back on Jeju Island I would use them again!

Great shore excursion with John Jeju Taxi Tour. - Great tour with John. Made sure we hit all the highlights of Jeju Island as well as being flexible to our requests. He picked us up from the port and made sure we were back in plenty of time. He was great at communication before the tour and we enjoyed all his commentary during the tour. Very interesting place be sure to do a tour with John’s Jeju Taxi Tour.

An enhanced taxi ride, not quite a tour - We were happy with our driver, Mr. Jung. The car was spacious and immaculate for four people (an Ioniq 5), and both John and Mr. Jung were very quick to respond over Whats App to arrange our pickup at the cruise port. We had a short day on Jeju, so Mr. Jung drove us to three locations (temple, cliffs, waterfalls) which were all beautiful and he had us back at the port in time for our departure. He didn't provide much of a "tour" as his English was limited, but we were able to communicate and at each location he would get out to explain where to purchase the entry tickets and give us tips about which areas or paths to take or avoid (some trails at the waterfalls were closed and required a detour). That was very helpful. He would then wait in the car for us to return. Overall, we were happy with this arrangement but I'd say it was more like having an enhanced taxi ride but not quite a "tour" as he wasn't able to teach us about the island or the attractions we visited. Others may prefer more of a tour guide than this.
