Have a piece of paper with your name written on it properly at the designated area of the airport... - They waited for me at a designated place at the airport with a paper with my name written on it. The driving was stable and we arrived at the hotel very smoothly. I recommend it. I thought the price was high, but I think it's rather reasonable because the distance is very far.

Perfect airport transfer - Communication from start to finish was perfect. It was easy to get info to the company about flights and times. Likewise they told me exactly where to be picked up. They were right on time with a big sign to welcome me. Very comfortable and safe drive to my hotel.

As expected - Driver had sign, just outside the main doors (a bit confusing since tour group signs and repersentatives were inside but beyond customs exit). Very polite and timely.

Could be better - He wasn’t holding the sign with my name. I walked by twice to make sure. They need to track when your flight lands, ask you to text when at baggage claim and then HOLD THE SIGN. my friend landed earlier in the day and she had the same experience.

Nobody showed up with a... - Nobody showed up with a sign having my name on it. However a man did show up who knew my first name and told me he needed money to get the car out of the parking lot. After repeated questions he admitted he was not my driver. I finally took a taxi to my hotel.

No show by driver, service provider uncontactable - I walked into the arrivals lobby 30 minutes after my flight arrival time and the driver wasn't there. The message from the vendor, Senegal Shuttle, provided a WhatsApp contact, but that number was not contactable on WhatsApp. I decided to take a taxi to the hotel instead, which was a scary experience as I didn't speak French and wasn't sure how much the taxi driver planned to charge me or whether he'd be honest. The vendor calls me an hour later, but I had already arrived at the hotel. For a first time traveller to a unfamiliar place and where I didn't speak the local language, this was a most distressing situation.
