• The itinerary may be modified due to bad weather, governments regulation, and sea conditions.
• This hike will be dependent on weather, road, and government policy, in compliance with official park restrictions, applicable to all tours entering Bohey Dulang Island, with no preferential treatment for any tour operator.
• If hiking is canceled due to National park rules, any refund or change tour date is not permitted. we shall proceed with the snorkeling/diving excursion only.
• Any customer personal refund on the tour or unable to hike, no refund is permitted.
• An insurance covered by local government is not inclusive and pay at the bohey hiking counter at the rate, 6 ringgit each person
• If you choose not to hike, have to wait other hike to finish, and no last-minute hike participation is allowed.
