Very nice trip with an awesome guide - Absolutely amazing trip, exceeding any expectations! It's a full day adventure, definitely worth taking - if you have to choose a single thing to do around Yogyakarta, this is exactly what you should really consider. Be sure to ask for Arief - best guide in southeastern Asia. He will share numerous hints and recommendations with you, take you to some extra places, tell you stories and explain everything you want. He also speaks perfect English, is extremely patient and fully competent.

Great driver, tour guide, and experience! - Such an amazing and seamless experience! Was picked up by Antoni from my hostel who was communicative and timely (he even offered to take pictures for me during the excursion) and got to trek down to see the cave light. I’m not sure if you can do something like this anywhere else in the world but this was insanely cool and a safe experience. It is very muddy down there so walk slowly and don’t wear clothes you particularly care about. The tour guides are great at taking pictures and keeping everyone safe.

Exceptional Guide and Tour ! - It was my first time booking a tour guide for a visit and I regret nothing, it was such a wonderfull day with Ardhan. He is a really great person and tour guide. He told me so much about the local indonesian culture and was really helpfull in so many ways ! I'm used to do visit alone and when you do that, you have to thing about all the organisation and that can be stressfull. But with Ardhan I knew I could count on him if I needed something, so I could completely relax and focus on enjoying my day. He took care of everything with the visiting sites and explained to me what to expect and do. The bonus point was because of the slightly earlier picking time than the other touring at my hotel, I was the first person on Mont Merapi for the sunrise. It was so great to be alone at the top without a noise or another group, really peacefull and I got the best points of view for pictures. The Jomblang cave was really exceptional and the guides on site take care of everyone (it was slippery so they helped and checked with everyone if everything is okay) and take pictures and videos for each person and were so much fun to talk to. You don't want to miss the pindul cave with the Oyo river after. It was really relaxing at the end of the tour and the landscape was phenomal with multiple small waterfall during the descent (Oyo River). If I come back in Yogyarta and need a guide, it will be him for sure !
