Trees at the bottom flourish like an underground forest due to ample sunlight. Natural greenery greets you from all sides of the cave entrance as you descend to the cave’s base with a guide. Discover the “light of heaven” at the hall’s end after a 300-meter walk through rock formations. Conclude your journey at Prambanan Temple, the largest Hindu temple in Asia. Built between the 8th and 10th centuries, this magnificent heritage site complex honors both Hindu and Buddhist traditions, and its vastness is so impressive that a small train is available for touring.
