Such a great experience - We had a wonderful experience learning, cooking, and sharing a meal. The instruction was helpful and clear, the view was gorgeous, and the food, delicious. She was warm, welcoming, and an excellent teacher. The resulting lunch was phenomenal. Do not miss this experience! I cannot recommend both Ozlem and the company highly enough.

This was a private cooking class with a Ayse - We had a wonderful morning during this cooking class with Ayse and her family. We were welcomed with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. Also in the process met a lovely couple where we ate dinner together and shared homemade appetizers. It was both fun and authentic, and without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay in Turkey. What a beautiful encounter!

A true highlight of our cooking class - We could not have asked for a better time either them all - making Sarma & Karniyarik and baklava- and then getting to eat it all. Our hosts were amazing, and the atmosphere was beyond words. The class was very enlightening. I have already told my friends to look into this when they go to Turkey.

It would be fun to do this with a group - Had a terrific experience with Chef Özlem. She was funny, engaging, and very helpful. Her space was spacious, and she emphasized keeping our cooking stations clean. We shared her space with other families of 4. The class consisted of learning how to make a Karniyarik and a Sarma. The chef also made a couple of desserts that complemented our final meal. Overall, I thought the cooking experience was great. I highly recommend the experience, and would do another class with Chef Özlem in the future.

She was welcoming and personable - The meal was yummy as it looked on the menu! While visiting Kusadasi, we decided to take a cooking class, and we chose a Baklava by Chef Ayse. From the extremely professional and beautiful work kitchen, the friendly guests that joined us, and most especially our wonderful host Chef Ayse. Everything was well organized, with the perfect amount of work for everyone to learn, prep, and cook.

AMAZING, Creative & Delicious!! - I've taken my first cooking class and I'm so happy that I did! I enjoyed the simplicity and yet professional approach to cooking. The classes are easy to follow - I'm a beginner and I didn't have any trouble following cooking instructions. I've learned new things and am happy to come back for more knowledge and inspiration ;)

The menu and chef were AMAZING and the team was supportive!!!! - It was a great experience to take a Turkish cooking class together with my son. The instructions were professional and humorous, the atmosphere was fantastic, and we really enjoyed cooking and eating the dishes ourselves. The food was delicious and the steps were really well explained. What a great way to use together time while learning something new!!
