- Geysir - This “water puddle” lends its name to all other geysers worldwide. “Strokkur,” Geysir’s smaller counterpart, remains active today, erupting every 5-8 minutes, offering a spectacular display.
- Gullfoss Waterfall - Finally, there’s Gullfoss, the golden waterfall. During summer, up to 130,000 liters per second cascade down this mighty waterfall. On clear days, the Langjökull glacier is also visible.
- Fridheimar - Iceland is renowned for its geothermal energy, which not only heats homes but also supports vegetable cultivation in greenhouses. Friðheimar Tomato Farm is an excellent place to experience this. A brief tour of the greenhouse is followed by a taste of their delightful tomato soup.
- Secret Lagoon - Gamla Laugin - The day concludes with a relaxing swim in geothermal waters. The guide will take visitors to “Gamla Laugin” (The Secret Lagoon), a thermal pool established in 1891, still favored by locals. It is the oldest swimming pool in the country, maintaining a constant temperature of 38/40 °C, thanks to the surrounding geothermal activity.

Private Golden Circle Tour - with the best guide, Michel - Our tour through the Golden Circle with our guide, Michel, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, and adapted our trip based upon what we wanted to see and do. He made some unscheduled stops along the way, enabling us to experience some of the small villages along the way. He made our trip extra special - it was an amazing day! I highly recommend Holiday Tours, and especially Michel, as the best way to see Iceland.

Private Golden Circle Tour In Iceland! - I went on a private tour with Holiday Tours to the Golden Circle. Rimas was our guide, he is such a amazing guide and person. Rimas is not only a funny character, he is also very knowledgable and helpful. He told us many icelandic stories and cracked some jokes. I would not only 100% recommend Holiday Tours but also defintely Rimas!!!

Golden Circle & Secret Lagoon Tour - Roberto was the perfect guide on this wonderful tour. We were very lucky with the weather which was sunny if cold, specially at the top of the Gullfoss waterfall. We learned a lot about Iceland in general as well the specific sights we visited. The Secret Lagoon was a very special way to end the trip. The tour is a must & specially with Roberto & Holiday Tours Iceland.

Oct 1 tour with Guide Smari excellent experience - My daughter and I went a mother-daughter trip on October 1 with tour guide Smari, it was a wonderful trip. Smari is so professional and knowledgeable, we have learned a or about the Iceland. That made our travel experience awesome! I really appreciated our tour guide Smari!

A pleasant day - Very nice experience. Evó, the guide was very friendly and funny. The whole group was great and despite the almost continuous rain, I had a pleasant day. All the activities were worth the price.

Great tour! Great tour guide !! - Its been an amazing experience on this tour. Everything was perfect. Evo is a great guy, full of life and very funny. He took me to show waterfalls when I didn't want to go to the secret lagoon and those waterfalls were amazingggggg. Thank you for that. Overall a great experiences. :)

Best Day Ever for Golden Circle & Reykjavik! - There was not one bad or ugly on this tour! NONE! Wake Up Reykjavik brokered this tour with Holiday Tours and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with our experience! Smari was the best host, guide and driver! He was kind, informative, down to earth and catered our trip to our wants and likes! He knew we were not the biggest history nerds, but instead cared more about the nature, the geology and Icelandic culture, and accommodated us! He had a great headset with speakers so everyone could hear him on every turn, and when we walked somewhere he made suggestions to pick us up a lower parking areas as we had a couple of people in our private party with some mobility issues, and he was keenly aware of it, with out shedding light on it. He took us to a couple of secret spots that most tourists do not know about too! Including a grocery store with recommendations on snacks, candy and Icelandic cocktails! Because we got in so late and missed our overnight, he maneuvered nicely and gave us extra time in Reykjavik because that was supposed to happen the day before with an overnight, but because of bad weather we could not get to Reykjavik in time. We were so appreciative of the extra 1.5 hours at the end of the Golden Circle tour on Rainbow Road to shop and explore the main shopping district! This is what makes a truly private tour worth every penny! The tour guide can mold the needs of the customers even at a moments notice! He was a wonderful man, human being, and tour guide! I would 1000% recommend Wake Up Reykjavik, Holiday Tours, and Smari in a heartbeat and if we are ever back in Iceland I would hesitate for a minute to use these company’s services again! I cannot say enough positive things about this day and our experience!

Iceland: Her people are Her treasures!! - The best part of our trip was our guide, Smari. He was very knowledgeable about Iceland and its history and culture. He was also very personable and made us all feel at home. He interacted with all of us in a way that made our trip memorable and one that we will remember and recommend to others when they come here. Thank you so very much for allowing us to share your country during a relaxing visit.
