- Geysir - At the Geysir Geothermal Area, visitors can wander past bubbling springs to Strokkur, a geyser that erupts every 5–10 minutes, sending water up to 20 meters high, and occasionally reaching 40 meters. Nearby is the dormant Great Geysir, the namesake of all geysers, which was once known to erupt to an incredible height of 100 meters.
Lunch is likely to be enjoyed at the visitor center, which offers a variety of dining options.
- Gullfoss Waterfall - The next stop is Gullfoss, or the “Golden Waterfall.” It is part of the glacial river Hvítá, which is fed by the vast Langjökull glacier, visible on clear days. In spring, Gullfoss is particularly powerful, with up to 2,000 cubic meters of water cascading over the falls every second, approximately 20 times the flow in winter.
- Laugaras - Scheduled to open in August 2025, Laugarás Lagoon inspired the creation of this tour with its captivating vision. Situated beside a pristine river, the lagoon will feature warm waters, a cold plunge, two saunas, and a swim-up bar. Visitors can unwind and reflect on their Golden Circle adventure in this stunning location.
The tour includes a Lerki entrance ticket, a towel, and a complimentary drink from the in-lagoon bar.
