Zach is a Great tour guide, tour was fun, educational and offered breathtaking views. This is our second time withZach on this tour. Family loved it!
Zach was our guide and he was absolutely awesome, caring and fun! We had a wonderful time and loved going during the sunset time!
Zach was a great guide, all about safety and gentle encouragement. Had a great couple of hours and would definitely consider doing another tour at some point.
Zach and Dan were amazing guides. They were very thorough of their safety speech and really took care of our group that ranged from 12-79. They really gave us an amazing tour and we had a great time. My stepfather fell and they stopped immediately, made sure he was ok, then Zach took him back to the office while Dan continued with us. It was the highlight of our trip!
Zac is a great tour guide... good sense of humor and very tolerant of the differences in personalities or should i say level each has while operating their segway
Jim was very nice, polite and made me feel comfortable. It was on my bucket list. :)
Our guide did a fabulous job. I would recommend Segway in Sarasota!
We really enjoyed our Segway rides! My husband and I and our two children (ages 16 and 12) all thought that it was a LOT easier to ride a Segway than we expected, so we were able to relax and enjoy the experience and the beautiful views of downtown Sarasota and the incredible bridge we crossed. Our guide, Zach, was friendly and patient, and worked very hard at making sure we felt safe and comfortable. He does a great job as a guide. With that being said, there were some items to note about our overall experience. While we were instructed to arrive at 9:45am, we waited in the parking lot until the office was opened at 10am. The office, desktop and bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. Lastly, it was nearly 50 minutes after the office opened that we finally left the parking lot for the ride. Since we needed to be back by a certain time, we actually only rode for 1 hour and 15 minutes and not the 1.5 hour that we paid for (but perhaps this is standard...I don't know.) Plus, Zach admitted that he had to keep shorter some of the tour information about the city because we left the lot so late. Good news is we would still recommend doing this tour if you've never rode a Segway before. It's just plain fun and we had beautiful weather. But for us, next time we will rent Segways and explore on our own.
Zack did an excellent job teaching us how to use the Segway and was very conscious of our safety during the tour. He showed us around town, was pleasant and informative. Had a great time and will do it again if someone else comes from out of town.
great job by Zack!
It was a great way to get outside during the heat of the day. Zach was very friendly and gave a great tour. He is keen on safety which made us very comfortable trying this for the first time. We took a tour over the bridge and got incredible views .Definitely would reccomend
Zack was a great guide and we had a lot of fun
Zack was an awesome guide, we had a fantastic time!
Have you guys ever cleaned your office? It is disorderly and very dirty.
I loved the historical tour I will have to say though I had been on the ride 4 or 5 times never new of this historcal tour you need to promote it better give people choices when they book the tour I will talk it up to everyone I come incontact it was that good thank you Zac Shirley Bucii
We are a family of 5 (3 kids 14, 13 and 12) who thought this experience was some of the best vacation money spent. Our tour guide Zach was professional, fun, interesting, accommodating, careful, energetic, and concerned about our safety and satisfaction. He took the time to properly train us, scare us just enough to listen and not be cocky, and make sure we were comfortable on our Segways before heading out. He's a self-proclaimed "worry wart" and it showed in a good way with an always watchful eye over us. The tour was just the right amount of time with just the right amount of narration, Zach was always open to additional questions, the trip over the John Ringling Causeway was exhilarating, and the trek up Main street showed off some pretty cool areas of downtown Sarasota. Where we live there is a 16 year old age restriction to use a Segway; our 12 year old did fine with the Segway and was probably the most skilled. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!
I think 8 is too many people to take out at one time. We missed out on area history and descriptions along the way because the initial training takes too long. The rest of the experience was good.
Tour guide was excellent and made experience a very memorable one.
Both my wife and myself really liked our tour guide Zac. He is a very personable guide and wanted us to enjoy our tour on the Segways.... He has quite the sense of humor... We told my sister in law about the tour. We will spread the word about your tours. Thanks Zac
My husband and I have taken this tour with friends twice in the last month. It was a great experience both times. Zack is knowledgeable and entertaining. We did the historic tour of downtown Sarasota. What a beautiful little gem. If you like good food, Zack knows just the places to go and shows them along the trip. I'd do it again!
Our tour guide Zack made the whole experience very fun. Safety was very important to him.
Zach was great!!
This was our second tour with Zack this year with guests. Always a safe and educational experience. His suggestions for restaurants were outstanding. Everyone had a great time.
Lots of fun!
Zach did a nice job instructing everyone in the group to make them feel comfortable. We had a great time.
The segway tour of St. Pete and Bradenton were better. Less time in the "how to" and more time in an interesting place.
Our tour guide Zack was a great instructor with lots of patience. He told us a great deal about the historic area of Sarasota and the area restaurants. He reminded of of how to move the Segway during the tour to keep us safe.
We have done several other Segway Tours. Have enjoyed them all. This was no exception. We took 2 other couples who have never done one before. They are now hooked also. Loved the tour. Great guide, great guide. Thanks Zack!
Zach was very knowledgeable and what impressed me most was his focus on safety. He really took care of us! It was very nice because my friend and I were the only ones. The bathroom in the office needed to be cleaned.....below par in cleanliness.
Great trip, interesting information provided by tour guide. There was one participant that was questionable as far as her comfort level and capability from the get go. As a result she caused an accident with another rider that morphed into a 3rd rider who also fell in the excitement and confusion. The tour guide should probably have not permitted her to participate or should have provided additional instruction or something. Fortunately, just scrapes and bruises but could have been worse. If someone doesn't appear capable of riding the tour guide should make the call whether or not a person should ride. This was our 2nd time taking this tour and we loved it. Would recommend it to others without hesitation.
The tour was fun. Zack was pleasant and very careful with the safety training, which we appreciated. I would have preferred to learn more about Sarasota. Zack seemed to be on auto-pilot, and perhaps needs some new lines/jokes/information. I understand that Zack was hoping that more participants would show up, but it would have been a nice gesture if he had started our training early and got us on the road earlier - especially as we were experienced users.
The route felt a little confined. Maybe the scenic route would have been better. (We did the historic tour)
