Off road Funtime!! - We did this excursion for our anniversary trip and it was great! The guide was funny and knowledgeable!

Making cloning legal again - Jake was awesome, clone him. He was knowledgeable about the area and the trail. He made the ride entertaining and educational.

Adventurous and Exciting - Donnie our tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable he gives us great tips on restaurants and scenic routes. The staff was great helped us out when we checked in . Rv parking was available if you arrive early.

Absolute Fun! - We had a great time! We booked this last minute & so glad we did! It was a private ride with our guide. Our guide, Will was knowledgeable about the area with information about the history, wildlife & plants. He was a very careful driver & has lots of experience at his job which he obviously loves. I highly recommend this tour.

Great guide, not a great operator - We booked this far in advance and were really excited! The Hummer we rode in broke down about 20 minutes into the off-road ride. We waited about 45 minutes for other vehicles to reach us and finished the ride. Christian, our driver/guide was awesome. He handled the situation beautifully and kept every calm and engaged, pointing out views, rocks, and plants. He is very knowledgeable. He knows how to drive off road and the ride was fun. We were late getting back and the building was closed, no one from Sedona Jeep Tours even waited for this last group of guests to return after they had a breakdown which pushed our ride into after sunset. That seems pretty poor that they did that to their paying customers as well as to their employee. Two days later Sedona Jeep Tours attempted to charge my credit card a second time for the excursion and thankfully Chase declined it, but my card was then cancelled because of it. I want to stress that Christian was the very best and the negative aspects of the experience were all related to the operation itself. That Hummer is very old and had already been out four times that day. There was another one available so why use the most beat up one? Very disappointed with the way this company operated this. I would recommend finding another company for your off-road excursion.

Not a good time for us - The vehicle we used broke down. They sent a replacement vehicle ( hummer) and it was lost. We were stranded for a long time. The issue at this point was restaurants close early and people were hungry. By the time we got back the restaurants were closed. The driver was good he did the best he could but it was a ruined excursion. Missed good pictures, went hungry, sat and did nothing for a long time. I expect a refund but by the time we got back their office was closed. For us it was even worst because we planned on driving to Vegas that night , it was so late we had to stop and get another hotel room. If they at least give us a refund I will gladly take the review down or adjust it. .

Very disappointed - Our family of 5 did not enjoy this hummer experience. Our guide Jake had a corny sense of humor and lacked knowledge of the area. It was basically a very slow and extremely bumpy ride for 2 hours. The trip was an out and back so we saw everything 2x. While the views were beautiful, they were nothing more or better than anywhere else.
