Bus great. Viator app so much. Observation tower fabulous - Make sure you know where to meet the tour before you buy. It was extraordinary difficult to locate the stops and operator did not respond to the messages sent to the app. Bus driver and tour was nice. Viator app and phone support. Viator get it together

The sign over Amazon... - The sign over Amazon Sphere is very difficult to locate. It’s on 6th ave, not 7th ave. City traffic was extremely busy in afternoon, so we never know a bus is coming or not.

Overpriced, super slow service - Overpriced and very poor service. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for pick-up — during that time, I literally could have gotten on and off twice. Several people gave up waiting and ended up calling an Uber or waving down a taxi. Also, if you’re on the open-top level, be careful — tree branches are low, and I saw a few average-height people get hit.

I would NOT use this service in Seattle! - We have used this type of tour all over the country and we were VERY disappointed in Seattle. The morning started with them telling us a bus was down so the times dropping/picking up at points would be delayed so we decided to stay on the whole route to see everything. Well toward the end the driver spoke to all of us and I guess they also pick up people from cruise ship excursions and we had to take a detour! That has never happened to us before. That detour cost us about 45 minutes. Not fun and we only had tickets for 1 day, probably good on that. The driver was very nice but I would say the experience was not good. We wasted a lot of time waiting for the bus and then a detour!

Save your money and don’t use the HOHO in Seattle - The whole trip was disappointing in every way especially as we have travelled a great deal and use HOHO in each city. First of all the cost was huge for what you got it cost us $179 Australian dollars for 2 adult tickets and we hopped in one of the stops which was very hard to find as they are not well signed. Bus was dirty and middle door didn’t open at all. Drivers were polite and friendly which was the only positive. The stops were in parts of Seattle that were not worth visiting as some were ghetto like and we didn’t feel safe checking them out. Best stop was the space needle and chihuly gardens so we got off there and spent a few hours enjoying this beautiful part of Seattle. Went to catch the HOHO bus at 4 pm to be told the run had finished and so we caught an uber back to our hotel. We worked out that catching Ubers around to the various tourist spots is far cheaper and cleaner than catching the bus. Def NOT recommended using this service in Seattle !!

We had a regrettable... - We had a regrettable experience with our last bus this afternoon. We were in front of the Space Needle since 4:25 pm, waiting for the bus. They told us the last one would be at 5:30 pm, but to our surprise, it was actually at 4 pm. When you sell tickets, you don't tell us clearly, and even worse, it's a hell when we try to contact you.

Never used it. - Waited 45 min never got on one in Seattle. Called them and they said they were running up to 60 min between stops. Used the free city bus.
