• Simply Seattle - Gather outside Simply Seattle at 1600 First Ave, at the corner of First Ave and Pine Street. The tour departs promptly, so please arrive on time as latecomers cannot be accommodated. If driving, allow extra time for parking.

• Beecher’s Handmade Cheese - Savor the artisan Beecher’s cheese made with local dairy, including their renowned mac n cheese (included in most routes, but not all).

• maíz - Begin with a taco featuring heirloom corn tortillas. Please note that this is not included in all tours.

Eat Seattle Tours offers a two-hour guided walking tour of Pike Place Market, led by experienced chef guides. Participants will enjoy nine tastings from sixteen partner vendors. The guides are professional Seattle chefs who frequently shop at the market and have personal connections with the vendors.

The tour often features Beecher’s “World’s Best” Mac and Cheese, as Eat Seattle Tours is the exclusive food tour partner of Beecher’s. Additional stops typically include Pike Place Chowder, artisan chocolates, and tacos at Maíz. Guests can bypass the lines, discover how chefs select produce and evaluate fish, and hear the unique stories of the small businesses that contribute to the market’s charm.

This is an energetic walking tour that includes distances, small hills, stairs, and cobblestones, focusing on the market rather than seated dining. A moderate level of physical fitness is recommended.

• Meeting Location: is 1600 First Ave outside of Simply Seattle. We meet on the street. Chef will be wearing a chef coat

• Please arrive 10 minutes early. Once the tour leaves the starting point we cannot catch you up as it is a moving tour and guides choose their own routes.
• Eat Seattle Tours is permitted and licensed by the Pike Place Market PDA to operate tours in the Pike Place Historical District. The PDA requires any business or person conducting tours within it’s properties and in the public areas of the historical district to be pre-approved and to have a license for this activity.
• There is a paid parking garage located at 1531 Western Ave. If you require parking, leave lots of extra time. The lot could be closed due to over capacity in the Summer. We don’t recommend driving for this reason..
• In the event of a non-appearance for any reason, we regret to inform you that rescheduling or refunding will not be feasible.
• Tour route adusts based on guide and time of year. The itinerary is close but won’t be exactly as stated.
