Lovely, home-like, & clean visiting room with very friendly & helpful staff. The cats were remarkably relaxed, esp. with 8 strangers in the room. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't realize we're not allowed to pick up the cats, which I'd want to do before deciding to adopt. (If that rule's on the website, it wasn't obvious to me; maybe it could be made clearer?) Note: finding street parking is really hard. I was going to park in a $4/hour garage, but there was an event going on & they were charging $30!

This place is great. I hope at some point (though I know running a business in Seattle is expensive), you are able to upgrade to a larger location. Having a larger location would be the only thing I could suggest to make this place and my experience better. You guys have done a great job with the space you have, but more seating and a larger cat area so you can have more cats would be amazing. Loved the cat room as is, the cats were great.

I was disappointed that most cats were sleeping and the kitty we really want to adopt was in another room Labeled as shy. I dont believe she is shy just a mature kitty that is ready to be a princess in her forever home and over the rowdy juveniles.
Everyone was very nice, just wanted more interaction with kitties.

The cats were sleeping the entire time. We were not told of the Wednesday student discount and could have saved $25 off our door admission prices. Also — not your fault — the other folks in the room were not friendly at all.

For what we pay for and what we get is a rip off. Came from San Francisco for this and was a big disappointment
