Super easy to find a bus... - Super easy to find a bus and get to and from the airport. We got a ride from our hotel to the cruise terminal. When we left the ship to go to the airport the bus was there on time waiting. Thank you

We have used Seattle Express for many years when we traveled to/from Seattle and have enjoyed their service. We hope th - We only rated four stars due to the bit of confusion from Seattle Express and Trax combining together into one company. We actually used Seattle Express both ways to/from Seattle-Tac airport and Pier 91. Drivers were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Shuttles were clean and maintained. Shuttles were on time at hotel but departing from Pier 91 was close to a three quarter hour long wait period.

Not as shown - Bus was very late. Not a small bus a full size with many stops before it reached the pier. Lateness made us miss our planned lunch

Crappy crappy service - Very disappointed our transport did not arrive as scheduled we had ZERO communication from Viator. I was forced to have to check on status. It was not until 5 hours later I received a.call and I they said when I told them we made other arrangements was Oops our mistake!

Late bus, but otherwise OK. - Bus did not show up on time. Scheduled for 10 am, but showed at 10:18. Tried contacting Viator to check status, chat was slow, phone # non responsive. By the time chat engaged, they had none of the input booking info correct. Their stall tactic work and the bus finally showed. But for a few $ more, next time I will take an Uber. Reality is the bus may start 15 min early to the pickup time, but it makes a circuit of all the area hotels, so depending on how many passengers at each hotel, the time could vary up to 30 minutes later than planned.

Stressful - Not only did we pay more than other shuttles, but the experience was horrible. We were the first stop and what was said to be possibly a 45 minute transit, took us approximately 1.5 hours from pick up time and we were the only customers which I am assuming was the other patrons panicked that they could miss boarding onto the cruise ship. I try to give grace but this was unacceptable
