Fantastic experience! - It was an easy and smooth experience. Our driver made certain to arrive a little early and called to let us know he was there. There was a huge football game in town, and he knew how to get around all the traffic. I would highly recommend.

Best Way To Travel With 8+ People + Luggage - Our driver was very courteous and thankfully was nice enough to return to the airport so we could retrieve a cell phone that got left in the van.

Smooth ride - BK our driver was on time and drive us to Airport safely. Our ride was very spacious for a family of 8 and have enough storage for our luggage. Would recommend it.

Unsettling Situation - Get the name of the driver and any distinguishing markings of the van who is supposed to pick you up. Had we known his name, we would not have gone with a driver who said he checked with his manager and we were to go with him. When we got to the cruise port he wanted us to pay for the ride. We had to argue with him that we had already paid on line with Viator. It was a very unsettling experience.
