Best Value - It was easy to book and the best value I found. The meeting instructions were very clear and we found our pick-up spot easily.

An easy, cost effective way to Seattle airport - Very easy to find at Pier 66 Terminal as they meet you right outside the exit door under the skybridge. A short wait before it departed direct to Airport. Very good value (approximately 40% of the cost of the corresponding cruise Line shuttle to airport). Would use again.

Excellent service. - We used Seattle Express from the cruise ship pier to the airport. The reservation process and communication was seamless and efficient. We had 11 in our party. We met the representative just outside the cruise departure door. He was expecting us and made sure all 11 of us were on the same bus to the airport. The ride was pleasant and quick.
I would certainly use Seattle Express again.

Thumbs Up - They were easy to contact when I made changes to time and location of pickup, everything went smoothly and we even got a narrative from hotel to pier by a very knowledgeable driver.

We booked this for a pick... - We booked this for a pick up after a cruise to Alaska. The meeting pint was easy to find at cruise terminal and the wait time was minimal. It was a smooth ride to the airport. No problems and great service. Will definitely use again.

Quick way to get to the airport after your cruise. - 4 stars only because the check in process for the first 7 a.m. shuttle was not organized. It was a mob around the man scanning your tickets and not a line. He turned away as he scanned the tickets of the person ahead of us and then scanned the tickets of others who arrived after us. By the time we got on the shuttle, there was only one seat left so we had to wait for the next shuttle. It took about 20 minutes for this shuttle to fill, so it was around 7:30 when we started down Alaskan Way. We still got to the airport around 8 a.m. and had plenty of time to make our 10 a m. flight home.
Our ship - Norwegian Encore - began disembarkation at about 6:30 for self service, and we were in line by 6:15 so we were among the first off. Make sure to carry your own luggage off the ship and use Spot Saver to avoid the lines for TSA at SeaTac (if you do not have pre-check). You can make some fairly early flights out of Seattle after your cruise using this service.

Drop off switcharoo - Our driver, Chris, was tasked with getting us to the airport. Instead of taking us to departures, he decided to take us to arrivals to avoid congestion. We did not get a choice in this matter as passengers. We had some people on the shuttle who were disabled and planned to use a disability service on arrival. Whether they were able to do that at our "drop off" point was unclear. My family and I also had to navigate the airport backwards and find elevators when, had we been dropped off at the original place, would not have been needed. Give the customers options if a change is going to be made because ultimately doing things the expected way appeared to be an inconvenience to the driver. Please do better in the future.
