Straightforward good service at a fair price. - This is a 1st come 1st served service. They run multiple vans (24 passenger) sending them as they fill up. The pick up is located almost immediately out of the cruise terminal, well marked and easy to find. Over all simple straight forward service at a very good price.

Seattle Express is Awesome! - It was very easy to book and use Seattle Express. I booked this shuttle while on the cruise ship returning from Alaska the night before. We had 12 pieces of luggage and a service dog. They were very accommodating and courteous. Top ratings across the board.

Easy to arrange and fast - A no hassle easy way to get back to the airport from your cruise. I walked off the boat the shuttle was there and after loading up we were on our way.

Pier 66 to Sea Tec Airport in Seattle, Wa. - We used this service from our cruise to Airport in Seattle. Had no problem finding where we should be picked up because it was right there when we came off cruise. Good driver who pointed out sights of the city. Would use again.

Excellent transfer experience - Fabulous , I rarely expect things to go according to plan . But this transfer which was part of a round trip booked pre and post cruise was excellent. They were right there at the cruise building exit with a clear sign, got to the airport quickly with a safe driver.

Refund of Monies - We did not make our trip because of a airline cancellation with Alaska Airlines. This review not for them but I would give them a bad review because they caused alot of grief. But for Seattle Express would give them 10 STARS for a review because of their excellent customer service. They not only did not have to refund money because of cancellation policy but they did and were so nice and kind about it I will use them in the future and encourage all to use this company!!!

Family Waiting TOO Long to Shuttle to Airport from Pier 66 - Our family party (and other parties we talked with) experienced between 45 minutes and 60 minute delays before boarding a shuttle bus. Our six and eight year old grandkids were freaking out. An earlier transfer from hotel to pier went without delay or issue. NOT THE SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE from the pier to SEATAC.
