Great service! - Very efficient. Good communication. Clean safe transportation from hotel to pier for our cruise both way.

Guys were quick to let us... - Guys were quick to let us know where to meet before we even got off the boat. Then they met us a a different location due to me being at the wrong pier. Cam was super clean and he was very friendly

Great - Worked out great, transfer on time and friendly driver. He even sang to us on our ride to the airport.

Easy access from the port... - Easy access from the port to the Airport. Driver was very friendly and helpful. We had to wait for a bit to be identified that we were to be on the transport shuttle.

Ship staff were... - Ship staff were uninformed. It was not the easiest to find the location of the driver. Other companies drivers were helpful.

Got us there! I’ve had this service work fine before. Maybe a rush day - Slow pickup at space 4. Wasn’t at space 4 but across parking lot in a lettered slot. He finally came to get us. We were late for 8am pickup but he was after 9;30 picking up. Missed 11am flight

Completely Unorganized - I contacted Viator in advance and the directions were “Just proceed to the Shuttles and you’ll find us” which of course should have been go to Lane 4 and the shuttle picks up at 735 or 835. The driver was obnoxious and rude. He keep stopping the shuttle to talk to port workers and he had blaring music

Trip back to airport after cruise. - The pickup is very unorganized. Waited for 45 minutes just for clear instructions. Followed instructions from app they were wrong.

Wasn't a great experience - I booked this ride because I have had great experience in the past but we really had a terrible experience and I hope it was a one off. Our driver didn't show up even though we got a text saying he was there. We then were moved to a large coach bus shuttle which wasn't ideal because my mom can't walk far or take steps which is why we booked the private shuttle int he first place. We were then dropped off at arrivals versus departures causing us to lug our luggage and desperately try to find a wheelchair for my mom. It was such a frustrating end to a good vacation.

Where were you? - On August 9 after the cruise, we went to lane two as the written instructions I received told us to do. It said to look for our driver holding a Ride in Seattle card. No driver was there. We waited, and waited, and waited. No driver came. We called the number on my instructions and the person said they would send someone. We waited and waited. No one came. WE called again. They said the person was coming. We waited more than 2 hours!! Finally a driver in an unmarked van pulled up. He was looking for a name that was not ours, but he did have our phone number. The driver was good and took us where we needed to go, but the organization of Ride to Seattle was horrible.
