Easy Peasy - Booking was easy. The drivers were efficient, got us where we needed to be with no issues. We received contact texts to let us know that the driver was ready whenever we were.

Easy and affordable - It couldn't have been easier! They texted exactly where they would be. Although the fare was to be to the airport, and then we were going to take the hotel transfer from the airport to our hotel, the driver dropped us right at our hotel! Great service. Highly recommended. And the price was more than fair!

Great experience - Good Communication via text/phone. We were contacted the night before our pick up and the morning of giving us direction on where to meet. They were very accommodating as our flight was changed while we were waiting in the shuttle bus. I called the driver and he arranged for us to be driven in a Suburban immediately to the airport. Omar was very professional and a safe driver.

Drivers were very nice... - Drivers were very nice and helpful. The van was new, clean, very nice. We felt safe while being driven to airport.

Seattle pickup from the pier - How simple it was to book and a great option to Uber and a taxi. Arriving at the right time the courtesy of the driver it was a very nice experience. And I felt totally safe.

Customer friendly - Very flexible with times and dates. Driver handled luggage at the pickup and drop-off location. Vehicle was clean and the A/C worked.

Average. I would recommend this business but you should look at improving your process. usiness, but you - At the port, there was mass confusion. Everyone is trying to get off the ship at the same and everyone was instructed to report to the same area. None of the transit vans or transport vehicles have their business name on it and they all look the same. Per our email, we were instructed to report to Lane 2. There were vehicles everywhere. I finally called the number and was told we should have gone to Lane 3. I even showed Omar the email showing we were where we were supposed to be. He had the van brought to us and once we got on the van, we were moved to another location where we sat for another 20-30 minutes waiting for other passengers. Once we finally we got on our way, the trip went well. It would be helpful if you should put your business name on the van and increase your communication with accuracy.

Not reliable - Upon arrival at Seattle airport there was nobody there with a sign to let us know where we were suppose to go. He did call but I didn’t understand his directions. I have never been to this airport before and he told us to meet at “ door 6”. Where is door 6? Come to find out it is numbered outside the terminal. Leaving the ship on 9/18, again no one there with a sign. I got off the ship at 7 am and I had to finally call the number who called me previously and tell him we were waiting. So we waited for him an additional 30 minutes to 45 minutes after waiting an hour already. Good thing my flight didn’t leave until noon. I will never recommend that company and obviously never use them. There were a lot of shuttles around I could have used but we prepaid our trips.

Wrong drop off location. - This is actually my trip from the airport to my hotel. We had a very difficult time finding the vehicle. They sent a picture of a bright blue car, but it ended up being a black SUV. He took us to what was supposed to be our hotel. I asked when he stopped where the hotel was, and he said he parked right in front of it. We walked in, tried to sign in, had to get a staff member to help, and they told us we were not registered there. She said our hotel was actually across the road and down the street. We had to pull all of our luggage across the street and down a block. That was very poor on the driver's part. He was also not dressed appropriately. He had a t-shirt and jeans on. I will never ride with this company again.

We purchased two seats... - We purchased two seats but the bus was full and only had one seat available. Without luggage being placed in the front passenger seat. After realizing that the driver moved the luggage and my partner sat in the front seat. One of our bags was damaged from being wedged into the trunk area.
