As many successful dishes, there are certain techniques, secret ingredients that make dishes special and tastes good. The recipes passed in my family for generations. We are all foodies in our family, I am extremely passionate about making delicious meals and sharing my knowledge with others, so they can enjoy the delicious meals made by themselves.
Cooking is about love and having fun - my cooking theme is (Cook, Eat, Drink and HAVE Fun!!)
I would show you step by step of making dumplings, you will be provided with apron, cutting board, knife and you have hands on experience. I will show you the key ingredients of making the dumping fillings and explain the secrets, also show you the cutting, chopping techniques that would make difference in the taste .
After we make and cook the dumplings, you would enjoy your hand made Chinese dumplings!
