Island Girl Tours - Best Tour Ever!!! - Island Girl Tour provides an all-inclusive tour experience in Tobago that was first class beginning to end. While in Tobago last week, I contacted David and his team at Island Girl Tours via Instagram, and received a prompt response despite it being carnival season. Although tours were unavailable that week, the team arranged a customized tour of Tobago. They also referred us to other attractions outside their scope, such as the Buccoo Reef tour and the clay oven bread baking experience which were amazing . David explained the tour itinerary, including planned stops, alternate routes in case of weather changes, waivers, and payment details. Pickup was scheduled for 8am, and David arrived early 7:45am. The first stop included breakfast at a local establishment, offering traditional foods such as doubles, pholourie, and aloo pie, along with historical insight into the dishes. The guide led us around the island, visiting points of interest including forts, bays, beaches, waterfalls, and a mangrove, while sharing knowledge about the area's history. The tour featured a visit to a hummingbird sanctuary which included homemade lunch; and as a favor David arranged for us to try Trinbagoian cocoa tea and Omg it was amazing !!! For dessert we had non traditional ice cream at a villager’s home is was delicious . The itinerary was organized to provide a balanced experience without feeling rushed. The team acknowledged our anniversary with a toast talk about attention to details!!!! Overall, the tour was well-organized, fun and very informative. Based on our experience, we recommend booking Island Girls Tour for future visits to Tobago you will not be disappointed!!! Ten out of ten!!! We look forward to booking our next tour will them!!!

David and Anna took all of our requests into account and some we didn’t even know we had! This is a must if you go to Tobago! Spectacular Tobago Adventure - We were a family of 4 visiting Tobago from the UK, with Trini roots. From the onset, David and Anna were warm and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. David’s knowledge of hidden gems of interest in Tobago was truly impressive and enhanced our trip no end. Both him and Anna were attentive hosts and catered to our every need. They should be held up as exemplars in their industry for their dedication to providing a spectacular guest experience!

The perfect way to experience Tobago - I first met David and Anna on a large family tour organized by my cousin, and I was so impressed that I knew I’d book with them again when I returned with my partner. This time, we did the 12-hour Round Tobago Tour, and it was the perfect way to experience the island. Before the trip, Anna was my main contact—she handled all the arrangements seamlessly and really took the time to understand our preferences so the tour felt completely tailored to us. On the day itself, David guided us around the island with incredible knowledge and passion, taking us to hidden spots we never would have discovered on our own. We explored stunning beaches with amazing snorkelling, swam in refreshing waterfalls, visited historic forts, and enjoyed delicious local food as well as Anna’s amazing rum punch. A real highlight was Shurland’s Hummingbird Sanctuary, where the birds feed right from your hands—an absolutely magical experience we’ll never forget. David and Anna go above and beyond to make their tours special. By the end of the day, it didn’t feel like we were just on a tour—it felt like we’d spent the day with friends. We can’t wait to see them again on another tour on our next visit to Tobago!

Tobago is a True Gem - Our experience with David and Anna of Island Girl Tours was excellent! The host sent and collected sufficient information prior to the tour to ensure that all activities and food choices aligned with our preference. David picked us up at 8.00 am and we were off on a fantastic journey that showcased the beauty and warmt of Tobago. Best tour of Tobago! Can’t wait to explore Trinidad on my next trip. - After more than 20 years, my elderly parents and I finally made it back to Tobago but we honestly didn’t know where to start. I left Trinidad as a teenager and have lived in the US for 26 years, so although I’m very much Trini, a lot has changed. My dad hadn’t been to Tobago in over two decades, and my mom, who is blind and has mobility challenges, made planning even trickier on our own. Thankfully, we had David and Anna. From the moment they picked us up at 7am until dropping us back at the airport around 5pm, they were patient, knowledgeable, and made our tour truly unforgettable. They showed us hidden corners of Tobago that even most Trinidadians don’t know about. My absolute favorites were feeding the hummingbirds, discovering hidden beaches, and of course, FOOD! As vegetarians and admittedly picky eaters, I worried about meals, but I had nothing to fear. Lunch was incredible, with the most perfect view. And breakfast? Doubles, aloe pie, and saheena from Sue’s. Let me tell you, it was hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Words can’t fully describe the generosity of the service and the flavor of the food. One thing I really admire about Tobago is how clean and well kept the island is. I wrote down a list of places I want to visit. I’ll need at least a week. I landed back in Miami yesterday, went straight into work, and I’m already planning my next trip to Trinidad and Tobago. I’ve traveled all over the world for the last 16 years, but now it’s time to explore my own country. Huge thanks to David and Anna for making this trip so memorable. I can’t wait to return, this time with my best friend and her husband, and explore even more. I have a family home in Trinidad so it’s definitely going to be a 2 week trip between both islands. Unforgettable experience! - Some say a sequel is never as good as the original. This is certainly not the case with Island Girl Tours! We recently took our second tour with Island Girls and can confidently say that it was as good/even better than the the first. We received the highest level of professionalism, and superior standards. Dave and Anna were exceptional hosts and guides and our driver,Roger, was amazing and made us feel very safe. They ensured we had an incredible time at every stop and the best party vibes en route! It felt like old friends getting together again. This is what you can expect from Dave and Anna. The best 12 hours ever spent with these guys. Climbing, waterfalls galore, scenery, secret beaches, boats, birds 🇹🇹 - What an absolutely amazing tour. From start to finish we had an amazing day. Walked deep into the forest, through streams, climbed rocks and saw probably the best water fall at red rocks as David would call it, then climbed up another 40 minutes to be delighted with one very large beautiful massive flowing falls for as far as the eye could see. Super knowledge and keen to please their customers, and best of all Anna makes THE best homemade punch around. The trip to Shurlz and the hummingbirds along with the food is beyond believable. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to see things that you won’t get anywhere else. Second tour for us with a third one in October as there is just so much to see and learn from the fabulous hosts David & Anna. See you again soon friends. 💜🇹🇹❤️
