Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta - Overnight in Can Tho

Mekong Delta - Have breakfast at the hotel and complete the checkout formalities. Then, you will be transferred to Ben Tre.

Ben Tre - Arrive in a charming village, nestled under hundreds of coconut palm trees. Welcome to Mekong Home, a lovely family house with several bungalows in a tropical garden on the Mekong riverbank. Fresh coconut juice will be served, then check into your room. Rest for a while, then depart with a family member for an introduction to local fishing. Return to the restaurant at the end of the afternoon and participate in a cooking class: “Bánh xèo” – a Vietnamese pancake made from rice milk. Dinner will be served with fresh dishes, including local vegetables, ingredients, and flavors cooked in local style, such as caramelized pork, fish soup, young coconut and shrimp salad, and spring rolls. After dinner, relax with a lemongrass and ginger foot bath, a local therapeutic method to relieve leg pain and fatigue. Overnight at Mekong Home.

Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh

Mekong Delta - Enjoy breakfast, then start a cycling trip (from 2 to 2.5 hours) to the island of Oc on a concrete track, lined with fruit trees and coconut trees. On the way, pass by the local market where various local ingredients such as vegetables, meat, fruits, etc., are sold. Subject to availability, visit a workshop of baskets made of coconut stems and a coconut processing operation. You will have a chance to interact with the workshop owners on different braiding techniques. Then, return to the bicycles and cross a local Mekong River ferry to reach the island. From there, cycle on small paths dotted with small huts hidden in lush vegetation while observing the daily life of the inhabitants of the Mekong Delta, governed by artisanal and agricultural activities. Stop at a fish farm to learn more about two species of catfish: ca tra (Pangasius hypophthalmus) and ca ba sa (Pangasius court), raised in ponds. Continue biking and return to Mekong Home.

Ho Chi Minh City - Check out around noon and get transferred back to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Ho Chi Minh → Fly to Siem Reap

Siem Reap - Spend your morning at leisure. Our driver will meet you and take you to the airport for a flight to Siem Reap.

Upon arrival in Siem Reap, our representative will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. Overnight in Siem Reap.

On arrival, be welcomed by the tour guide and transferred to the hotel. The remainder of the day is free to spend relaxing or exploring Siem Reap.

Angkor Thom - In the morning, visit Angkor Thom, the ancient capital of the Khmer empire. Then, continue your visit to Ta Prohm, a stunning temple complex with trees and vegetation growing around and through its structures. Lunch will be at a local restaurant.

Bangkok City Tour

The Grand Palace - 8:00 am: Start the morning trip with the Royal Grand Palace, a former royal residence in Bangkok. With more than 30 royal buildings, temples, museums, and countless statues, this complex is the most popular tourist attraction and largest pilgrimage destination for devout Buddhists in Bangkok.

Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) - Here, you can visit many famous sites associated with the Thai royal family, such as Wat Phra Kaew with the glorious Emerald Buddha, the Eight Colored Towers, the Pantheon of the Chakri Kings, and the Golden Chedi.

Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage School - Only a 10-minute walk from the Grand Palace, the next stop is Wat Pho, the Temple of the Reclining Buddha and the birthplace of “Thai massage.” Spend 30 minutes enjoying the traditional massage here. It’s an excellent break for your temple tour.

Chao Phraya River - After lunch, embark on a boat trip on the Chao Phraya River and pass through the tranquil Klongs (canals) here. Then, stop by the famous Wat Arun, also known as the “Temple of Dawn.”

On the way, visit the market for flowers and vegetables near the river. Finally, a visit to the Golden Mountain will conclude your city tour today.

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market - At 9:00 am, depart from Bangkok to visit three fascinating traditional Thai markets, including the Maeklong railway market, Amphawa floating market, and Damnoen Saduak floating market.

Start your day with a visit to the Damnoen Saduak floating market, where you’ll board a wooden boat and slowly drift by busy stalls and vendors’ boats loaded with goods. Here, you can sample some local snacks and delicious fruits as you make your way through the bustling market.

Holy Rosary Church - Afterward, return to land and head to the Holy Rosary Church, where you can admire its pristine exterior before entering to witness a marvelous show of colorful lights caused by its stained glass windows.

Wat Bang Kung - Following your exploration of a Catholic church, explore an iconic Buddhist temple, Wat Bang Kung! The temple has a serene atmosphere, allowing you to admire the Thai boxing statues and the many natural elements that have slowly taken over the temple over the years.

Maeklong Railway Market (Talad Rom Hub) - Then, explore the unconventional Maeklong Railway Market, where trains occasionally ride straight through the market, with stalls quickly moving out of the way as if it were natural. You will also explore another traditional market — the Amphawa Floating Market — where you can discover a variety of goods, such as fresh produce, dried seafood, and many delectable Thai snacks!

Then, go firefly watching right at Amphawa and indulge in the sight of tiny sparkling fireflies lighting up the riverbank.

After that, return to the hotel for rest.
